Luckily, the length format usually gets me JUST tired enough to set my headphones aside and roll over to contemplate on the story for a few minutes before crashing out entirely. It's a good system for me, when otherwise I'll just lay there and thrash about for a minimum of 45 minutes before finally relaxing.
