Technically, the most powerful strike (ability to generate force/kinetic energy) is what is called a Zornhau in HEMA German longsword schools. It is similar to a baseball bat swing but it comes down at 45 degrees or more while stepping (passing footwork/crossing step) into the strike with full body rotation.
Joe, even though I was athletic and active, I'm now 70 with pretty severe mobility issues. I'm not able to do the footwork of caneflow, so what are some options...?? Thank you.
Thank you for your inquiry Tim! The principles can and have been applied by those in wheelchairs. Consider: 1) ACSD meets you where you are (with injuries, limitations etc) 2) While we don't make medical claims, positive changes take place when you start your ACSD Cane practice. So who you are today in terms of limitations may not necesarrily be who you will be 6 -12 weeks or a year from how you started. Best is to call ACSD HQ at 800-289-8188 and discuss possibilities based on your starting point.
Great video. Thanks

Thank you for commenting @kinetic, what you describe is called PS1 (Powershot 1) in ACSD. Stay Safe!
As the saying goes the best defense is a good offense
Great advice, thanks!

REMOVE the foundation- and a building can't stand-- and if the attacker can't stand- he can't FIGHT-- or chase you!!!
Just don't be there.
Great video. Thanks!
