For some context in this: Evil Tiga was once a good Ultraman like Tiga before him. The reason he is revived as an evil Ultraman is because his host was evil. Tiga on the other hand was an Evil Ultraman but was later a good Ultraman (That's as far as i know about tiga being a good Ultraman)
