We REALLY need more on "Evil" Tiga's backstory at some point. The dude was clearly important enough that he be immortalized in stone for future generations to draw on his powers if needed, which implies he's on the same tier as Tiga and his companions, it's just never been touched on, outside of stage shows, I think?
Despite Evil Tiga being the one that started this, I gotta say his design is still my favourite compared to all other Dark / Evil Ultra with Dark Mephisto in 2nd place. It's simple, straightforward yet looks so badass. Making his eyes black and blue with the chest protector red is just perfect.

Evil Ultras are just that, evil to the core (ask Ace Robot, Delusion Seven, or Fake Dyna). Evil Ultras know what is right and wrong yet choose to do wrong and are proud of it (ask Belial or Dark Zagi).
I love how "Ultraman Orb Dark Noir Black Schwarz" is literally "Ultraman Orb Dark Black Black Black"
