We need better laws because if you can definitely prove that this person actually just trespassed and has no right to be there especially if they have a bogus lease just compare the signature the owner of the house it should be as simple as that a lot of times they don't even know the name of the owner of the house so they have a made-up lease with some random person's name on there they should be kicked out immediately and charged with a crime.
