Rachel Potter was the good witch understudy when they were on the road. They always put on a good show and are super talented. As a theater kid, I think you should react to VoicePlays "If I Were a Rich Man/Girl." It's an update on the classic from Fiddler on the Roof and it's pretty fantastic. Geoff did the arrangement for this Wicked Medley and Layne (the beatboxed) did the arrangement for the other. They are both amazing at it and the If I Were a Rich Man/Girl is really interesting

They've gotten better and more consistent over the years, and a lot of their recent stuff is great. Others that are notably theatrical include Queen in 5 Minutes (the source material is just old rock music, but what they DO with it...), If I Were a Rich Man/Girl (from Fiddler), and if you wanna hear character voice acting, any of the stuff from Nightmare Before Christmas (This is Halloween, What's This, Kidnap the Sandy Claws, Oogie Boogie Song). This is of course an incomplete list; their make-up and lighting and such are generally of theatrical quality even when they do video game songs and such. Oh, you may also want to check out one or two of Geoff's impressive low-bass covers, most notably 16 Tons.
Your house sounds like ours. My daughter can do 2hr baths singing. We have got her into a fantastic local performing arts school , as well I attend the adult musical theatre class so you can imagine our house
The others weren't lip synching in this, they always sing along during the filming process. But Rachel had lost her voice completely due to a bad case of laryngitis, so she had to lip synch, which always is noticeable.
