My stepfather went to prison for child SA and he was in a special unit with other SA offenders. There were people who had redrum'd children who were in there for their safety, even if they had not SA'd them. Like people who ab@sed and redrum'd their kids.

The 911 call made by the mother is bone chilling, the sheer terror in her voice broke my heart. One of the saddest cases I have followed. I pray for peace for the boys, the mother and sister. I hope Mr. Doerman is haunted by the screams of his wife and kids for the rest of his life behind bars.
To me, even when he was on the ground in handcuffs, when the cops rolled him over, his face looked like he was happy, satisfied, he killed his own sons.

I think he had relaxed when the cops came - sounds like he was very tense when he got home, and I imagine also when he was murdering his sons, as if he had pre programmed himself to do it. Her impact statement was written better than most, to get across her point without hatred, just proving how badly her life has been changed, losing her brothers and the man she looked up to, may she live her life to the fullest, continue to be a great player and scholar. The 911 call made by the mother is bone chilling, the sheer terror in her voice broke my heart. One of the saddest cases I have followed. I pray for peace for the boys, the mother and sister. I hope Mr. Doerman is haunted by the screams of his wife and kids for the rest of his life behind bars.
To me, even when he was on the ground in handcuffs, when the cops rolled him over, his face looked like he was happy, satisfied, he killed his own sons.
I think he was relishing the misery of his wife. He was trying to hurt her in the worst way possible, and succeeded. He has such low self worth, that he couldn’t accept that his wife was leaving, his ego took over and he punished her.
I think he had relaxed when the cops came - sounds like he was very tense when he got home, and I imagine also when he was murdering his sons, as if he had pre programmed himself to do it. For whatever reason was in his head. When it was done he relaxed, like 'mission accomplished'. I still don't understand his motivation, as it was a crime he surely knew he would loose everything over. And he did seem to love his sons. I wonder about a delusion, possibly post taking a drug?
This 15 year old wrote the most impactful statement. Her impact statement was written better than most, to get across her point without hatred, just proving how badly her life has been changed, losing her brothers and the man she looked up to, may she live her life to the fullest, continue to be a great player and scholar. You are an amazing and brave young lady.

This didn’t happen overnight like people think. This was a toxic marriage. The neighbor said Chad treated his wife like garbage and constantly was yelling at his boys. Chad had some type of altercation with trying to harm his father previously. Chads wife wanted a divorce. He snapped but he planned this and it’s probably because of the wife and Chads relationship. I think it was more about him and his wife.
Not just that day. He’d been planning it for months. The neighbors stated that he was constantly yelling at and berating his family.
