Wonder if there will be a day where M2K is considered the solid player that he currently is instead of just "the guy that steals games by gimping" and stuff. At the same time, Mang0 is always having his pros overpraised and his flaws disconsidered (every time M2K spanks him, it's just "the tough life of the bird" or "M2K and his gimps". Unfortunately, Mew2king is so underated, always consired "the gimp guy" even though his neutral is crazy and does not truly main a Spacie.
I also hear people refer to M2K's Marth as "not dash dance heavy", which is just ridiculous. Have you seen him get grabs?! His dash dancing is fantastically good! It's not like his Marth just stands in place and waits for a gimp situation. I guess it's all part of the "lolm2k"-thing..
I love commentary like his. I don't have a professional understanding of the game, and when I hear people give this kind of commentary I get just a bit closer with understanding the sickness of this game.

Was looking for this comment. There were at least 3 edgeguards that got turned around on him because of really unsafe dsmashes, which is especially bad because you have to imagine M2K hits that tech most of the time.
These two are about as different as humanely possible. M2K wants to break the game down into predictable set-ups. Mang0 wants to show attitude and flare. Easy to see why both are fan favorites, but I always root for M2K simply because he works harder for the wins. I think Mang0 would be happier as a mega-streamer than #1 player in Melee, but having to grind out and polish those technical skills.
Beyond Fables Did he? That surprises me. Seeing him play friendlies for hours and hours in a trance makes me doubt he would actually be content goofing off on camera, but that's just my two cents. Maybe he really would be happier as a big time streamer.
Chris Ludwig M2K doesn't like the pressure of tournaments or the competitive scene. He's also always had a hard time coming to terms with being rated on his competitive performances versus his performances in casual settings, as well as how much players over or underrate and become obsessed with results. He has said many times he would rather just stream on twitch and not have to worry about money or tournaments anymore.

Pound 3, Vindication, Fight Pitt 3, Fight Pitt IV, and The Big House 4. They've met in Winners Finals and then Grand Finals multiple times, but we have not gotten the two Set GFs since TBH4.
