This is an amazing video! There are a lot of facts here I had never heard before, like the Oort cloud. I knew about it, but didn’t know there wasn’t any direct evidence for it. I love the way his science is solid and so is his Biblical understanding. Quite a revelation.
Dr. Lisle is not only an extremely intelligent scientist, but he is very wise and understands the Word of God, and I believe that understanding is given supernaturally through the Holy Spirit who is our Teacher. God has blessed him with both and I'm going to use his videos for my homeschool material.

I am perfectly willing to accept all of the true attributes of God, but at the same time do not wish to over step my bounds and attribute something to God that is not true.

Though a KJV Bible is a good translation it can be hard to understand for a new Christian. There are other just as good translations that are also translated from the original Greek and Hebrew that are translated in a modern tongue not old English. NIV is a good one.

Dr Lisle.. Would you do a thought experiment for me? Would you divorce all your astrophysicists theory that does not align "LOGICALLY" with the flat stationary firmament covered earth doctrine.. Using the King James Bible. Relating these things to what you know as a scientist. The mechanism, descriptions of the firmament.. Like dividing water (Chaos) and translating it into the material world. The physics of water.. I lost my train of thought.. Bit off too big of a chunk I reckon.

Lots of things have C-14 in them due to contamination. If you are judging the age of a diamond based on C-14, you are just being sloppy. Dr. Lisle is being sloppy and providing bad information to his audience.

I 1000% disagree with Dr. Lisle 17:05! The Bible should be the ultimate standard for the creationist. Correction, the Bible should be the ULTIMATE standard for EVERY CHRISTIAN! FULL STOP! The Bible is the inerrant word of God; we can not pick and choose what to believe. Genesis was written as the account of creation by God. It was written as a historical account, not a psalm, metaphor, or prayer. To imagine God would intend otherwise is blasphemous.
Dr. Lisle, my bad; it appears he may have misspoken earlier concerning Christian, as he made it clear at 27:00 that there is no position for neutrality! Amen and alleluia. The Bible is the inerrant word of God, no exception. You take it whole, or you don't take it at all!

I have held the position of neutrality as wrong for as long as I can remember. It was an innate part of me from the beginning. Thank you, Dr. Lisle, for revealing the scripture which supports my innate position. I feel God has imparted this knowledge to me from the beginning, and I am slowly starting to understand it. It was always there; God is wonderful and all-loving. I will fight for his honor with all my might and soul.

There may be truth in the Bible, but knowledge does not come merely by reading it. There is no such thing as absolute morality.
