4:45 I’m not a good player but getting two intensive trainings in a row with hackers would be hilarious and probably easily countered. But a couple of techs and support from mustangs and marksmen for harder hitting early game anti air may work. In the end I’d still go melting points and hope the hacker gets the capture and revive it to full health before the melter gets it.
I think a set of steampunk unit skins would be awesome! I'd buy that for a dollar! Also, I agree custom effects for things like beams, explosions, smoke would be pretty popular items. Though, they have been struggling with performance a lot, especially in FFA, so lots of fancy customs effects might negatively impact that.
I personally would hate it if the skins for the units became comical. It would really spoil the feel of the game for me. Maybe if it was a user end toggle option.
@tempy2440 yes he put heavy armor item on a unit... then leveled up and sold. I know the free level up item is good for that. But not sure why he put heavy armor on a unit he was going to sell immediately
Personally, I'd be against goofy skins. My aesthetic sensibilities want a serious, gritty, manly, "realistic" war game. Please don't turn Mechabellum into Fortnite.
You know it’s a good video when the opening line is “what is this shit?”. Should add it as an emote/voice line in mechabellum
I feel like 99% of his videos start out that way. It's nearly always him complaining about the starting Specialists.
In a way it is a good sign of game balance. If there is never a great combo then it is balanced.
Rats intro script to every yt video:
"What is this S!#@"
Funny skins would be great. Wacky waving arm inflatable flailing sandworms!

What would you have done differently in game 2 to win there? Seemed like a huge swing at the end
more balls with mech div from of the sides next turn ez win
You really should try to explain more what you are doing. Like why you a placing units where you are, and why you pick the tech you choose
Why vertical storm callers it always feels bad
"They don't want funny skins." If that were the case, then why do we have gundam themed skins?

U put armor on that arclight. Then sold it. Do you gain extra money?
Armor tech? No.
Armor item? You get the item back to put it where you want.
