Hi Hamimommy!! Just a tip: you can peel garlics much easier if you let them soak in water for some time. The peel will hydrate and loosen practically whole 😉
Some people throw the garlic in glass containers and then shake it.

Dear Hamimomy, The bean ice you eat with your family is something that happens in our culture as well. But there is a difference. I am from Turkey. I am originally from the city of Malatya. In eastern Turkey, many people take the clean snow that is on the mountain in winter and pour molasses on it and eat it. This is what came to my mind when you ate iced beans with your family and I wanted to say it. By the way, Hami is one of the most beautiful children in the world. I love Hami very much and I'm glad that I can watch Hami ✨💕 I wish you a healthy, peaceful and many years. 💐

I love how your pans are put away. It is nice to see them more sideways and in line. I don't have something like that in my kitchen and stack them but think this is way better, how you have it.
I have never seen tomatoes grated before. I just adore potatoes.
Cicadas make lovely sounds. I always love it. I barely have heard them this year because we have these weird big wasp bugs that eat them. I used to hear them constantly in the summers.

Lovely video as always. Calming start to my day. One trick for garlic peeling is to pour hot water in a bowl and soak the garlic for a few minutes. It loosens the peel and the pod comes right off. Just be careful of handling hot garlic though :)
I love watching Hamimommy to relax, I don't know what to say, it just calms me down a lot, of course the food makes my mouth water 🥹.

Happy Saturday! Here I am like days gone past. My coffee and toast with sweet butter and a poached egg to watch your art. I love going to art museums and galleries. It's one of the top reasons I love living in NYC. It's something new to see every week! Hami will treasure the art books with photos you are creating. A sense of family love that will be there for forever. That last recipe is something I might try. I wrote down the ingredients for my shopping day on Monday. Mmmm...in case you couldn't tell, I love eggplant but have always made it in more rich recipes like eggplant parmesan! It is my absolute favorite and comes from Italy. I serve it with a green salad and some pasta. Or we can put it in a crusty bread and it it like a sandwich including plenty of sauce and yes, more cheese. I hope you have more lovely art exhibitions with your family and get to fill more photo albums as well. Bless.
