This video made me tired! And that is a compliment. When I was young I did not work this hard from dawn until dusk. I thought you were preparing a meal for a family dinner when you got up so early and fixed all of that food for your husband's lunch. Such beautiful food preparation. And the fruits and vegetable you brought home from Costco were just spectacular they were of such high quality. I actually found myself sitting at the computer with my mouth open. I think we have lovely fruits and vegetables in our grocery stores here in the states but they look nothing as those gorgeous ones from Costco. My guess is that your parents raised you in the same way as you are raising your children with such great goals and aspirations. Your videos are inspiring.Thank you!

Wow the diving video looks so cool! I’ve never seen how regular people learn it😂 I went for 10 classes of swim in my lifetime and that’s a long time ago. Thanks for sharing your routine! Love the fridge storage method too and I’ve started to do with paper towels as I don’t have cotton towels.
