The ones responsible for his death need to be imprisoned for the rest of their lives for murder. Those that laughed/taunted/stood by can get behind bars too.
I'm glad justice is being served through this lawsuit. This step was needed in some many ways. Not all people that end up in jail are high level criminals. Some don't understand that the "lack of freedom" is sufficient punishment once in, some are playing God turning this punishment place into a torture site.
That was cruel treatment and it needs to stop. The little fella should not be within ear shot hearing his father's horrible suffering snd death. It was hard enough for the mirher of the man who passed away to hear the gruesomeness of his suffering. Attorney do better, you should have advised his mother to step away with him.
@Sunshine calm down, Becky. I wasn't talking to you, and who is to say that the lawyer isn't dealing with grief? It seems like a sad situation all the way around. Thanks, youtube Karen.
When I think back in time, to the gut wrenching testimony about the history of slavery, I realize it is no longer in a history class where these truths are spoken most. It is current events in the news where the modern day slave trade resides.🙏🏻
Yes, it is such a shame the Larger Afican tribes attacked and enslaved their captives and set up the Slave trade so they could profit from their captive slaves, by selling them to anyone who had the money or goods they wanted.
@@RepentfollowJesus I agree wholeheartedly. But when the police feel the entitlement to murder someone based on the fact they are simply waiting in a holding facility to be processed; we have a modern slavery problem again. That entitlement is what has to stop. That feeling of being better than someone to the point where they can just grab anyone off the street and murder them because they are not wearing the same uniform. That seems no different to me than when ship owners did it based on height, weight, color, and language proficiency to be able to testify about it. This today tells me slavery has not ended. I can only be convinced it is alive and well and now moving into recruiting what were once minority interests to do the same kinds of evil based on the same kind of entitlement. There are now cases of black cops doing the same thing to black suspects. White suspects have no trouble getting beaten and shot too, using the same kinds of justifications that those slave ships used way back when. None of it is right. I guess the real reason I want to call it as such is because we are supposed to have abolished it and maybe if it’s recognized as such there can be laws already on the books to prosecute and make sure our police training doesn’t institute those barbaric practices any more than it already has. Same goes to …Smfarrie.. Not your kid , not your choice ..! The young boy needs to know the truth about what happened to his father and not hidden from him. Being told his fathers conditions around a strong group of loving people that support him would be the best place to hear it…
This is an outrage!!! They had to know that this father was in need of medical attention while in jail and they laughed there is nothing funny about this at all!!!

Our brother died in Carmen prison in Missouri in 1986 of the same thing let's make it not 30 years for you forget it they will play for a year or two then tell you the prison doors closed
The money should replace your loved one. 20 million??? If he died by another black man on the streets his life would be worth zero. I have to see all the facts because so so many cases turn out to be so different when actual facts come out. Why was he in jail anyway if he was just trying to make it?
Suing for that much is outrageous. If they really cared they would try to make sure that money goes to the jail system and not their pockets. The boy doesn't even have the dads last name, goes to show you how involved he was in his sons life.
What a horrible thing to say, You don't know if he was in his son's life re not, WHO are you to say that WOW, IF you don't have nothing decent to say be quiet, He was a human being, The family is hurting enough without strangers adding EVIL COMMENTS 😔

No doubt their argument is just & probably true but the manner in which the message was delivered needs improvement! Condolences to the loved ones left behind; Wish that young boy the Best!

Why the hell would she have that child there hearing all this about his Father ? The child does not need to be there at all . smdh
We cannot hide the truth, no matter how ugly it may be. Hiding the truth is how these incidents keep happening on a daily basis.

Right!!!….this goes on in all Louisiana prisons.

Yes! It would do the argument so much justice to have a sound disciplined approach, than to yell and scream like an unprofessional ignoramus!
