You can not use 没, just 不
他不是昨天到的
He didn't come yesterday =他昨天没到 or 昨天他没到

Why in first sentence 了 is used at the finish, but in the second sentence 了 is used after verb 买。why?

Why do you not use a measure word for 哪国籍?
Measure words or classifiers are required for numbers（数词）. E.g. 你知道哪几[个]国家？How many country names do you know?
As for demonstrative pronouns（指示代词）"这、那" , and interrogative pronoun（疑问代词）"哪", colloquially, classifiers are sometimes omitted. E.g. 你是哪国人? Which country do you come from?
