Ok so theory about the global sync. They released the LR EZAs early to “shorten” the anniversary so that we can get tanabata during the last “part” of anniversary and be synced.

Yeah and its the most god damn annoying intro in the game, I hate running them beause its also a nothing intro that lasts way too long, its honestly better this way, so its harder to get annoyed if you didnt turn your intros off.
@Coolerfriezabrotha It's like food, everyone has a different preference. I understand too, cause unless it's for a mission, I don't bother running them in general. Then again, there's always a time and place for it

Goku is so freaking good. Guaranteed survival at the start, gets perm 30% DR, gets high defense, and guard in slot 1? Hes the perfect linking partner for the dragon fists. They needed him

I dont know why but Gokus intro being short doesn't bother me as much in the long run(mind you i love SSJ3) it means its one less super long intro to sit through in other content. Ik people will bring up Golden Frieza and SSB Vegeta and Trunks and true they do have looong intros, but lets be honest here Generally most players(NOT all players) will only watch it once so at least his wont be as repetitive to see Although I Understand people wanted him to have a longer scream portion.

4:22 So I have an idea on how the bulk of that scene could've been summarized if Dokkan wanted to add the demonstration part as well.
Start off with base Goku bursting into ssj. They could either directly copy the scene from the anime (3/4 view?) or they could use the ssj -> ssj2 scene (front view) for a more dramatic camera angle change in the next scene).
Goku leans forward while bursting into ssj2 to slowly power up (angle same as the start of intro).
The start of the intro links with the previous scene to end with ssj3. I don't think it would've needed any additional dialogue since the scene itself demonstrates that he's slowly powering up (similar to phy gt goku's active skill, where he bursts into ssj, ssj2, ssj3 into ssj4 in quick succession).
I honestly think this would've been a lot more cooler, but I'm fine with what we got since it still looks really good.
Last year wt animation are better especially Piccolo’s.

Having just rewatched the whole 5 minute scene of goku going ss3 for the first time I'm pretty happy with this. There was no way we were getting the whole 3.5 minute long speech with the screaming. Even just the base to ss2 part takes a full minute by itself.

The revive mechanic works for every turn if I’m not mistaken. “up to once within a turn” so that means you could technically do it every turn right?
You can survive an attack that would kill you with 1 hp each time he is on the rotation, but only revive with hp once

I knew Buu would be int and Ssj3 Goku would be agl. Majin power was missing a good int choice and same for Ssj3 for agl. The current best int for Majin power is the db heroes buu babidi, and for Ssj3 for agl is the Ssj3 Goku GT. We needed alternates for both.

The units are busted! They look good, and I just crossed 1100 stones. Man, I'm trying to resist till anni, but I'm not sure if I have it in me given how great these units are!
Also, the animations are super, super good, but 0/10 for Goku's intro. He didn't go further beyond like we'd hoped.

Goku looks very good, but most of the difficult content are extremely long
Both the units look super cool. I think tho I like buu a bit more just because of how silly the active is. Goku also looks cool. Buu 8/10 goku 8/10 gotanks is a 7/10 evil buu is a 6/10.

Buu's animations are unfortunately bad, could have enhanced it a little with better original animations. How are f2p suppose to summon for back to back dual dokkanfests. Both ss3 goku in april are easy skips I guess. Looking forward to buu's redzone though.
