Been luvin your videos since your first What Really Happened. Actually, all ur series were top tier. Shared them wit erbody I knew cuz the quality, detail and accuracy was unmatched. I wanna throw a topic in the hat…Eminem, Slaughterhouse, Joe Budden, maybe D-12 will need a short cameo. Especially since Crook and Joell dropped that album a few months ago.
Long story short. Game respected Jay...but he wanted to have a good rap battle beef with him. Jay was super shook of Game, so he would only send subs...so scared to say his name. Facts! Until he Finally mentioned him name on that What We Talking Bout song. Then when Game fired back again...Jay whined on Tim Westwood show talking about I Said I wasn't talking about him. SMH! And it finally ended when Jay was talking to Pharrell about Game...and asked him Why he keep dissing me and picking on me? So Pharrell told Game this. So out of his respect for Pharrell, Game said he won't diss Jay again. Thats how it ended...at least on wax. Lol
Rap culture has always perplexed me. In rock music, bands play with members in their 60s and they are regarded as icons. Rap: “oh you’re 30?? Stfu old head” like 🤣 🤷♂️ that’s always been wild to me.
matthew mann Facts bro. Did you hear when Game was on the Tim West wood show and said to Tim jokingly yet sounding a bit crush you let Hov diss me man lol?.
@@rellysunshine9665 Jay is from the east coast so of course he doesn't run west coast rap. THE EAST COAST has the most greatest hip hop artists and i am saying the east coast and still i been a huge mega fan of 2Pac (yet Pac is in actuality a east coast hip hop artists) & Death Row since i was 13 years old of 1993.
This dude just admitted in one of the interviews that he dissed Jay again even though it died down cuz he wanted to promote the Red Album which flopped later so he didn’t learn from the lesson and went at Em this year to sell his album and it flopped even worse…
It's sad that Game's tactics have all come down to this. He is an amazing rapper. But the way he gets involved in everyone else's clout (or if it's him causing the clout) wasn't and isn't ever going to be a good look on him. And if doesn't get that clout, he complains about how people treat him to try to get more of it. That's one immature thing about him that he will not ever get over with. It's just who he has become. And that's very unfortunate.
Man that freestyle Jay did on Flex show is so damn classic. I was in Brooklyn that night too. Timeless freestyle that even turned into an actual song on Memphis Bleek album
This was the most one sided beef ever & game was definitely sneak dissing jay on west side story & then from there found any excuse to diss him for clout, I don’t blame jay for ever responding directly because he knew what game was doing & didn’t see him as real competition
@@SwagSurf-od3vx It actually started from Game using a unrelease song Jay did with Dre (Get you money right) and Jay didn't like it. Then Game started dissing him.
Thats cute except Game was performing my bizznatch all across the globe in places ppl was like wait i thought jay z was this big bad gangsta but on that track Chuck got as disrespectful as possible after that it was who oh beyonces hubby oh he one lucky mf lmao n he knows it very well shes the reason he went from mediocre rapper to a household name thats why hes always there on time like a goodboy in corny polo shirt at the Wimbledon
I love these what really happened situations when it comes to beefs. Please keep em coming I often find myself watching “who really won” episodes over and over I think I watched 50 cent vs game and 50 vs ja rule like 10 times a piece
Game murdered his own career. The girl who dated and later dissed him on Change of Heart even said it before he blew up: ”He tries to be all macho but he’s not. He’s really sensitive!” And If You look at his career that’s What it’s been like. He starts off by acting hard and being distespectful and later changes his mind and being apologetic. He even tattooed a butterfly on his face, being emotional about violence just to put a tattoo covering it and going back go being a gangsta again. What’s funny is that EVERY time Game has a beef with someone he has a completely different story than the other part. Both Joe Budden and Yukmouth said they had cool encounters with him - in public - just for him to say he confronted them and that they were all scared. None of them had any idea Why he dissed them and What he was talking about. Same goes for hiss beef with Meek Mill. He’s trying so Damn hard to act all though and showing off as being real. And it’s hilarious that he’s had so many beefs where he’s dissed someone, to later apologize and then going back to be disrespecful again. Jay Z, Joe Budden and most importantly 50 Cent. He was trying for over 10 Years to make amends with 50, and pretty much made peace with him A few years back, just To go back to dissing him again recently. My guess is Eminem is going to be the next one.
The Meek beef was so weird. If I’m not correct that started because Meek was beefing with Drake and Game inserted himself out of nowhere just cause he was cool with Drake. He wasn’t even apart of it.
I think a a part of the Games problem and why he's always backtracking is cause he drinks a lot. He gets drunk and in the moment, his tongue gets super loose then he sobers up and tries damage control lol but instead of drunk texting his "phone" is a stage and a mic.
22:04 It's funny and ironic that on the song It's Okay (One Blood) after The Game disses Jay-Z with the line "You 38 and you still rappin', ughhh" he then says "I ain't got beef with 50, no beef with Jay" and then disses Lloyd Bank$ & Young Buck "Black T-shirts, so all you see is the A, turn on the TV and all you see is the A, you niggas better make up a dance and try to get radio play, keep on snapping your fingers, I ain't goin' away." as The Game said in a radio interview on Hot 107.9 "Banks and Buck have albums coming out near to mines, you know what I'm saying, so I'm telling them if they trying to sell some records this time, then they better fly to the A and get to, you know, doing something, you know, y'all make up a dance to the song, you know what I'm saying, it's all good. And you know, just to say it again man, I'm not dissing the A" The Game disses Jay-Z then says he has no beef with him or 50 Cent and then disses Lloyd Bank$ & Young Buck after, all this on the same song lool
Lets be honest jay couldn't stop 50, 50 was dominating everything, even jay was fearful when 50 was coming cause when his music drops everybody will be in the shadow
They both equally respected each other competitively. Even tho 50 and Jay took little shots here and there at each other it never went further then that because they probably knew it wasn’t that serious. Game got too much in his feelings it sounds like
You’re thinking about 50 cent now. Back then he was just the new guy in the industry and stepping on the toes like a nigga jay z is definitely a career stopper.
The Game is bi-polar narcissist, he starts beef and acts like nothing happens, the beef started because Jay Z didn't want to appear on Game's debut the Documentary album so Game started his mayhem
@@matthewmann8969 nah.. you don’t know shit about that situation. That was real street beef 50 had with JA sponsor. But I expect someone like you not to know that Matthew. Lol
I love most of Game's music but that's about it. An artist's personality is just as important. Be consistent with your thoughts and how you speak about them...
For those that know, this “really” started when Game was with JT the Bigga Figga. Memphis Bleek and JT had the same “Get Low Records” name. By Game being under JT at the time, he made a track called “Bleek Is” and that in my opinion was the first encounter-which Memphis Bleek was aware and told Jay Z, “this dude in Cali dissing me.”
Now this is Facts! I saw it all play out from the start. Game Killed Bleek & that didn't sit well with Jay. Game smashed Jay on "My Bitch" & other freestyles Not mentioned in this half ass video.
That’s what bugs me about all these so called podcasters that think they know hip hop and make a video about something that they have no idea what even happened. They do a google search and go off of that. And what really makes me upset is most of these guys are super young and have no idea about sh** wen it comes to old school hip hop history. The first thing that popped into my head wen I saw the title for this video was the JT bigga figga situation. But this guy is going off a google search and has no clue
Game's antics are the reason why his rap career got hindered. He starts sh!t and hides his hands, and then backtracks. Game cannot play chess, he's reactionary. Also, Game should fire Wack100
Wack 100 is a terrible look for Game nobody respects that Dude. I couldn't believe it when I saw Game was messing with Wack, that's a goofball and Game always was talented, why mess with Wack? Maybe he burned every other bridge I don't know.
Game is a Cornball. He is doing the same thing now with Em. Every time he dropping something it's always a issue with someone in the upper echelon. I think he needs to change his marketing plan nobody not responding to him.
Em did t respond because he’s a lion the games not even relevant anymore. Plus that song had zero bars it’s not like 300 bars and running where it had some good parts
I love how Game starts beef and then hides his hands. Jay Z made a comment about having different career choices and he took offense to it. It wasn’t a big deal.
@@MDeezy42069 Yeah, if The Game was humble and down to earth, he'd be in a much better position today. He's got a lot of good songs. I just feel like he messes up every time he opens his mouth in an interview.
@@MDeezy42069 that whole Jay Z beef was one sided. Yeah Jay responded a few times but it wasn’t anything major. I don’t like the constant beefing it’s a waste of time.

@@NuevoExistence Ja Rule wasn't on no button up Maybach sh!t back then...Jay had the song Change Clothes where he literally said get a clean shirt and button ups...he on the cover of Vol. 2 with a Maybach...cmon now, it's very VERY obvious who Game was talking about
I don’t even remember a Jay and Game beef so I appreciate this video, definitely remember some of the lines but was probably too young to process that it was a diss and response
I don't think you know cause you didn't look closely into the insides of it until now with the help of Quake. The only way I found out was when I was 6 years old listening to those performances and radio responses.
I love a lot of things about The Game and his gangster roots. I remember grabbing his first album back in high school. But this man goes at everybody with the beefs and endlessly thinks he’s better than all of them since I can remember. It’s like a broken record and even us fans don’t love him enough to lie to him and pretend that he is. I feel like he mostly tarnishes his greatness with this never ending need to stay relevant by saying everyone who’s clearly above him sucks.
9:42 "If I’m talking about somebody, I don’t really gotta do it subliminally, I like it to be known. I’ll just say your name, I don’t give a fuck." It's funny cause when explaining the line on the song Westside Story, The Game said he doesn't have to diss subliminally and will just say the person's name but did the opposite of that on the song which is how the whole misunderstanding happened
@@354allday nah they needed to happen you tryna give cpr to the mf'er that I'm tryna kill you gotta go too I completely get it everyone shoulda stayed on the sidelines and let ja and 50 go
9:09 When did Ja Rule wear button up shirts or drive in Maybachs. I know he wore a button up shirt in his music video for his song Wonderful but that was in 2004 and The Game said the song Westside Story was written in 2002, so it makes you wonder if The Game really was taking a shot at Jay-Z and just said it was about Ja Rule as an excuse, since G-Unit was already beefing with him
@@christopherayettey4390 I said when was Ja Rule wearing button up shirts and driving in Maybachs, not when did Jay-Z first get his. Ja Rule wasn't doing any of that in 2002 and even after, when was he doing that. So it doesn't make sense for the line to be about him, it probably was a shot at Jay-Z and The Game just said it was about Ja Rule, to use as a cover up
Crazy to think that 18 years ago game was dissing jay about being 38, now he’s 42, doing interviews with a mask on, still rapping at the same age he was clowning jay for lmaoo
42 still trying to be a thug. Name dropping. Doing corny ish. I used to be a big fan of Game . Still like some of his music but I ain’t checking for him anymore

This explains why Game went at Em after the Superbowl. He was upset at everyone by not being in the halftime. And the fact Dre didn't include him. Yet, Em brought 50. It was like a slap in the face.

Honestly I like Game’s music I like some of his songs, but what my thing about him is that he is way too cocky and arrogant about himself. Not only that but sometimes when he tells stories about something he switches them everytime. Like when 50 and Game went at it for the first time, he kept changing his story up when he get asked about the beef. It sucks how Game is cause if he had been humble and focused on his career instead he would be on the level of 50 Cent, not saying that 50 didn’t have his moments of being cocky and arrogant but he expanded his money making abilities and started doing things to boost his career.
why should someone be humble? Even nowadays he doesn't say other people are trash, he just thinks his craft is better/more skillful. Nothing wrong with that, If he don't believe he great how are we supposed to
Game outsold 50 between the years 2008-2016. For example Games LAX album in 2008 outsold G-Units 2008 album and outsold 50's 2009 album Before I Self Destruct which struggled going gold. 50's last album that went #1 was in 2005, Games last was in 2011 and he continued to have success in hip hop into the 2010's while 50 at this time damn near retired. Game has 9 albums that debuted in the top 10, 3 that went #1 that's one more than 50 and has three albums that debut at #2. Game proven in the late 2000's into the 2010's he was a better rapper than 50 but these years are forgotten and we just go back to talking about their first albums. 50's Animal Ambition album in 2014 which had a video to every song failed to chart higher, sell more copies than or be as successful as The Games The Documentary II in 2015.. Game carried the West Coast years before Kendrick. Game should be considered an equal in hip hop to 50 who still lives off the legacy of his first album
@@themadrapper101 I agree with you on this! Game can freestyle and 50 can't! Game just did a freestyle that No life Shaq reacted to and it was fire!! I like the Game's music!! Not a big Jay-Z fan at all!!
In all honesty, I listened to 4 of Game's first album but I was young and kept myself out of knowing his beef/history and just wanted the music. Watching this now, the more I'm learning this, the more I'm starting to realize he's been a really arrogant and overdramatic prick throughout his career. Especially with his then recent remarks to Eminem. He seems like a failed project from the Shady/Aftermath camp. And it's a shame cause I really liked his music years ago.
Despite all their friction between the two of them he did say Jay-Z told dre to release the documentary and now I'm hearing Jay-Z gave him the green light to sample some of his songs on his upcoming Drillmatic album so as a buisness man this where Jay-Z excels over everyone

Now I see why Eminem didn’t see anything. He Knew what I didn’t know until this video. This is just what he does to try to hold on to that string of success before dropping albums. He’s controversial. 🤷♂️ now I’m gonna watch your game vs 50 one you mentioned, and then I’m done with him 🤣 🚶♂️ ✌️
I wanna see a 20 or more song compilation album from the legends with all the artists from the 90’s - early 2000’s east, west, north and south producers and all them guys. Come together for a crazy album. Tell me it wouldn’t sell or be one of the biggest things we have ever seen. Throw shots at whoever. It’s a competition sport right? Let’s go!!
Ahhh so now it makes a lot of sense. What he did to Jay Z, he's doing to Eminem now. He claims to have so much respect for them, but at the same time, he feels like he want to take them on in a battle, to be proven as a serious lyricist like them two. Also, even with the risk of already knowing that Eminem and Jay Z can slaughter him in a rhyme and end his career. He still don't care cause he wants to go down in history and say that he had an epic beef with either Eminem or Jay Z. But both of them are smart as hell for not giving Game that satisfaction because their tryna live and keep making successful music while they still can. And this dude Game want to go after one of the biggest dudes in the hip hop game, so he can go out in history like Pac and Big. Yeah don't nobody got time for that, I'm guessing Nas and Snoop going to be next, if Em and Jay don't ever respond. At least, I now have a better understanding where Game is, mentally wise. I like to think that's the reason, I'm just guessing. Either way, I understand because Game should be taken seriously as a lyricist, cause he's fire but he gotta find a better way to do it. For health reasons 💯🙌🌹
Great video, surprises you didn't mention Games new song Start from scratch 2 where he mentions he may have misunderstood Jay's comments back then and he missed his opportunity to be signed to the roc. Keep it up
10:28 The Game would again put a Jay-Z verse on a song. As The Game's Wouldn't Get Far (Mick Boogie Remix) from his 2006 mixtape The Dope Game 2, has Jay-Z's 3rd verse from his song Girls, Girls, Girls (Part 2), on it
Damn the game being emotional and sensitive been the reason this whole time? Dude been diss and paying respect to Jay his whole career all because Jay told him to find another lane smh
Jayz was still angry that his verse made it on the mixtape. He even says in the freestyle "dont put my verse on my records". 50 had to call him up and beg him not to demolish Game's career. Even Fif knew that Jay could destroy Game if he really wanted to.

he did in the part1 video. he mentioned that Game started dissing Jayz at the concert in 05', and 50 had to make the phonecall to Jay to squash the beef before Jay replied back. Jayz couldve easily killed Game's career early on since he had the power and influence to blackball him out of the industry.
Just About Every Freestyle Game Does He Mentions Jay-Z & Roc-A-Fella. Flipping The Roc, Selling The Roc, Pitching The Roc, Chopping The Roc Etc . He’s Been Doing This For Years.
Tbf to game he didn’t actually start shit with jay. The jay verse he used was a bad move but he clearly said he didn’t have an issue with him in his album and jay fired shots first in that freestyle. Games my bitch track will always be legendary tho to me. Game made him hop entertaining back then tho. Shame he didn’t stay with g unit but that time was legendary. He ultimately hurt himself tho.
The problem is that Game ALWAYS backtracks and changes his mind about who he has issues with. Jayz could've easily stomped out his career back in 2005, until Fif had to call him up and beg him not to kill his career. Fif knew that Jay had the power and influence to blackball Game from the music biz, since Game was only a new artist at that time.
Loving this one thanks for sharing very information blessed love to all knowledge is power hopefully everyone pays attention keep up the good work 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
JayZ has the best way of politely disrespecting and dismissing people. Even the way he disses is so crazy that you have to sit back and respect it even if you the opposition
Game is what you call a rappers rapper..years later you can go back to his music and learn alot about people that were around during his time situations that happened
This beef started because he wanted Hov on the documentary and for whatever reason he refused. I think game felt entitled to a collab because of jay’s relationship with Dre, em, snoop and even 50, he thought this would be a lock for the album. That 40/40 story don’t even sound right and it sounds like a lie.

Lol

From what your saying here, it sounds like he's a fake tough guy who has yet to be exposed in front of everybody

Game has 9 albums that debuted in the top 10, 3 that went #1 that's one more than 50 and has three albums that debut at #2. Let’s go!!
You need post more of these !!!!! Been waiting since the last one and watched all the other ones. I love any 30+ min video
Keep it up
Thanks! and the reason why I didn't was cause this video was made before Game's Drillmatic was released.
@@DiverseMentality ah I see, you're right. Definitely would've been good to add
Westside Story was never an official mixtape released by Game. Also, "Get Your Money Right" was leaked in early summer 2004.
Jayz was still angry that his verse made it on the mixtape. He even says in the freestyle "dont put my verse on my records". 50 had to call him up and beg him not to demolish Game's career. Even Fif knew that Jay could destroy Game if he really wanted to.
For the 50 Cent vs Jay-Z What Really Happened? video. They did a Freestyle together for a 2003 Reebok's commercial, Jay-Z featured on 50 Cent's I Get Money Remix and Jay-Z & 50 Cent both featured on Eminem's song Syllables. Here's the tracks that have disses or mentions

@@leobarzan17 No I didn't. That song doesn't diss or mention 50 Cent. That line about Effen Vodka "Gotta remind these fools. Who they F'ing with, and we got Effen's too" is really just word play and a double entendre, not a diss to 50 Cent for his partnership with Effen Vodka but you can interpret it as one
@@camronshean1758 it is a diss since 50 mentioned Jay early before the album came out
@@leobarzan17 50 Cent has talked about Jay-Z many times, so that doesn't mean anything. It's not a diss but if you wanna think it is, then go ahead

What We Talkin' About (By Jay-Z)
Game is so full of himself. Jay-Z will always be more top tier in the game and Game didn't go places with Dr. Dre like he wanted as 50 told him to not start problems and try to take all the credit for the help he received from 50 helping out put in work with his album The Documentary. Now Game is trying to go at Eminem to boost his status so he can get more sales.. I use to like Game but knowing the kind of person he really is shows what a joke he is..
Nas Ether
@@MyAuraMyEraMyMe Nas slayed Jay with that, but honestly I'm sick of "Ether".
You say Game is full of himself while you mentioned 50 cent and Jay Z in the same comment lmfao. You act like he dissed you 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jay-Z in response
“Who’s the f is game?”
I haven't met a gayz fan after 2001
@@arizonaFIREent Keep coping
@@arizonaFIREent There are plenty of Jay-Z fans after 2001. The Game is a Jay-Z fan or a Jay-Z groupie that is why he was so obsess with Jay-Z going at it with him. Jay smash Game on The Prelude & Dear Summer.
@@arizonaFIREent lol for real?
@@tamirsharif314 Jay even said those weren't disses tho??? I prolly pick Jay over game but just saying. Jay didn't really body him lyrically but basically bodied him with groupie comments and his overall lack of response or attention over the years makes game look wack
Glad to see another vid from this series. Been watching your stuff for a good 5-6 years. It was the best then and it still is.
30:46 Game is now 42 and turning 43 this November 😂😂
I'd rather really "retire" at 43 rather than try to stay relevant in rap at that age.
@@ColonelBreezoJay still raps, Kanye raps, Pusha raps, Nas, Eminem, etc.
So 50 was right. One minute he hate you and the next minute he loves you. The Game needs healing he’s double minded.
The Game is unpredictable and unstable he definitely have some mental issues.
@@donswayze7587 50 Cent is just a slight little less unpredictable & unstable than The Game is. 50 Cent is a trolling bully on the internet.

Finally been waiting on a new video for the Who really won / What really happened. An amazing series! Still waiting on Pac vs Biggie tho man!
PAC was a ballerina
You must know nothing about music both had good verses but big only had 2 studio albums you’re delusional asf never asked for your opinion as if it matters lmao
In the immortal words of the great & honorable HOV "Tell groupie to get over it"
Yeah totally concur Game is clearly a fan of Jay deep down and is jealous that Jay, Dre, 50, Em, Diddy, and others are still more successful then him based on net worth yeah
I thought You were going to do 50 Cent Vs Jay-Z, What really happened next??? Even though this is still interesting and I would like to see The Game vs Jay-Z in a rap.. Friendly battle 😏
Stay tuned man. He's got work to do.

The Game and Jay Z wasn’t doing nothing but promoting each other…imagine the only thing you can say about another man is “you old ass nicca”😂😂😂😂

On the Super Bowl, 50 & Jay don’t rock with each other either but he still performed. Looks that Game just didn’t make the cut before Snoop, Em, MJB, 50 and Kendrick.
@Joey San toro no one cared to speak up for game. That says a lot. 50 has clout and is respected even if him and Jay dislike each other. Jay didn’t resist when em said 50 is coming I won’t perform without him. Truth is everyone would have had someone say that for them but game doesn’t have that rating. I can see dre rejecting it for snoop same way em did for 50. Who’s taking up for game? His a clown they don’t respect.
@@emerald7857true but Mary J gotta go.
I love this! Very in depth btw, that’s what makes these Beef videos so Dope!
The Game was a volatile investment in the eyes of 50 cent and Dr. Dre
Quake baby God bless you for entertaining us in these hard times, as always you done it again bigger than Netflix
People talk about age as if they will never get older. It’s a blessing to be able to get “old”. Forever young, game just seem forever dumb to me. All that talent.
I like how he goes deep into the situations when it comes to different rappers
I don’t remember you mentioning Game and Jayz issues in the Game vs 50 Cent episode
he did in the part1 video. he mentioned that Game started dissing Jayz at the concert in 05', and 50 had to make the phonecall to Jay to squash the beef before Jay replied back. Jayz couldve easily killed Game's career early on since he had the power and influence to blackball him out of the industry.
This was a good narration. Good job.
Love this series! I'm looking forward to Jay vs 50 What really happened. Keep them coming Quake!!! Dope shit!!
😂😂😂 I’m a Game loyal fan and like how you said “as of the making of the video at 49:43”
Dang! I thought you said the next one was what really happened 50 cent Vs Jay z
Stay tuned homey. He got a bunch of content stacked up. If you want it really early, you should support DM on Patreon.
Jay z tried to avoid 50 because he knows better 😂😂💯💯
Good shit 🔥🔥🔥🤙🏽
Just About Every Freestyle Game Does He Mentions Jay-Z & Roc-A-Fella. Flipping The Roc, Selling The Roc, Pitching The Roc, Chopping The Roc Etc . He’s Been Doing This For Years.
Liked and shared from Boston Massachusetts SALUTES 🌹
Tbf to game he didn’t actually start shit with jay. The jay verse he used was a bad move but he clearly said he didn’t have an issue with him in his album and jay fired shots first in that freestyle. Games my bitch track will always be legendary tho to me. Game made him hop entertaining back then tho. Shame he didn’t stay with g unit but that time was legendary. He ultimately hurt himself tho.
Whats even more shocking is Game was one of the few artists in the early early 2000s who outright dissed Suge Knight out of prison yeah
Nice!! I miss the versus videos. Stay up
I came through the door, said it before, your productions are the shit!! So f'in good!! love it man... Keep killing it
🤣 thought you was rapping
