Overseas PCS to Vilseck/Grafenwoehr, Germany. Government leased off post housing, 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. Specifically this is the Steinfels community, but the housing layout is very similar to those in the Mantel community. Steinfels is a sub area of Mantel. 25 min from Vilseck and 10 minutes from Grafenwoehr.

I love how big those homes are. However the rooms are tiny. How many rooms is there? and I love the bottom floor area. Now those rooms are big! The washer and dryer, and the other big room, that I would love to turn into a mans cave. lol. My husband didn't even want to go see anything outside the base. He automatically said no to the first two offers. But I guess it all worked out, our home here turned out to be a perfect space, and he is only 2 minutes away from his work building 😂

Nathaly Raya so I watched your video last night & it was WAY bigger than the offer we got on post Vilseck. It’s 3 bedrooms, and yes the first day we got our stuff my husband made it his man cave down there 😂. I agree the rooms are tiny, which is ok for a nursery and my glam room lol. I don’t regret living off post, but I wish it was closer because I get stuck at home so often!

@@lifewithsusannelson5792 yeah thats true. I did hear the housing in Graf is a little better then Vilsecks. I do like the location we're at tho. Like I'm walking distance to the PX, and the actual town Graf so, I do walk outside the base and go to the little shops around there lol.
