    I do use stevia and monk fruit. I use whey protein by levels Chocolate flavored. I add it to my yogurt to get extra protein. The list of ingredients are short

    Why should we avoid dairy. I use cottage cheese and yogurt for a added protein source

      If you tolerate dairy, there's no reason to avoid it, but many of us find that it causes symptoms like bloating, joint pain, and reflux. It's one of those foods that is inflammatory for some and not for others.

    Not having used a protein power before, is it okay to add fruit to it like blueberries?

      Oh, for sure! And blueberries add so much good nutrition. That's why I always go for an unflavored option, though, so I can choose what fruits and veggies to put in each one and create my own flavors.
