Both sound awesome, but Kevin's vocals definitely improved. As the reply above me mentioned, his voice does sound more unique imo. Also remember, it's easy to sing on lower registers which is similar in pitch to your speaking voice, but it's hard to actually sing on higher registers. He's definitely improved not only his vocals, but also his vocal range.
@@kebab_boi fr, there’s a video on YT of him in this band performing a concert. The first song is actually the song which inspired Half Full Glass of Wine. and when he sings his voice is amateur, which comes to show that anyone can be an amazing singer as long as they work for it. Kevin really found his voice after all these years and is now confident of it.
How come people keep saying here.. "sounds Like Sabbath"?? ... can you please tell me .... What Sabbath song?? I do not hear it ... at all. I mean... its GREAT but its NOTHING like Sabbath.
KEVIN'S VOICE HOLY SHIT
How many times have you guys listened to this exact track? Like from this channel? Ive got to have 30+ listens. This is the best version.
Jesus what a powerful song, no wonder why Kevin went on to conquer the freaking world
Channelling Sabbath energy through this song.
Maybe a little Wolfmother too.
@@chefbutterrrr Wolfmother were a Sabbath cover band ;)
@@jonhetherington2654 Hahahaha yeaa they were pretty good too, so is this \m/
This iss more of Psych Rock and Stoner Rock
Pretty sure Channeling is just one L so the other one is for you
Led Impala
Bonzo's influence on the drums, Andrew Stockdale's infuence in the voice and the guitar
Holy shit! thank you for sharing. I have another version of this but the quality on this is SO GOOOD!
Tame Sabbath
I freaking love this
Glad I had this video saved to come back to 👍🏼
Alert: Hot new blues guitarist on the block.
The lyrics on the remake are a good change, but i like the energy in this one far better.
Gabriel Machado what did you mean remake?
remake?
He means there’s a remake of this song and he likely prefers the lyrics in the remake :)
@@SummerRainBand yeah no shit dude but like what's the remake. We know about the Dee Dee dums but we don't know about this remake?
You must deliver us a name of this remake
Thank you for the song!
Бодренько!
Cuando te pones a bailar como loco!!

Sorry to say but Kevin Parker was way more better with guitar-driven songs.
Embrik Berge I do like the tame impala EP and innerspeaker era, elephant is from then too, kind of sabbath sounding lots guitars and effects
Embrik Berge check out the bold arrow of time then
Guessing the new ones aren't your thing?
Unfortunately, I agree.
I just can’t appreciate borderline
no spotify 😞😞
Wow
Is that Kevin Parker's voice? It sounds way better than in Tame Impala
NickB33 See it sounds like every other band. No novelty. But it's not bad at all. Just nothing on Borderline!
I disagree I think his voice is way more unique now than it used to be

@@kebab_boi I still prefer his vocals here

Heavy wolfmother influence
This sounds just like Black Sabbath
Rockandgrunge
Sounds like the sword
this sounds like a mix of the black keys and cage the elephant
how?? :/
Never thought of it before but the drumming, especially in the verses, is very Patrick Carney like. Cool
no, it doesn't
his voice like ozy
How come people keep saying here.. "sounds Like Sabbath"?? ... can you please tell me .... What Sabbath song?? I do not hear it ... at all. I mean... its GREAT but its NOTHING like Sabbath.
The last half is kinda similar to sweet leaf
The double tracked vocals and delivery on the verses reminds me of Sabbath
