NO IS NOT ! You have just to unscrue the torx screw who is holding the plastic wire , you put another one and just tighten that up. MORE EASY THAN A WIRE ROLE
@Edgar Giles Just unscrew the middle part of the head and put that part in the bolt of the trimmer then use the nut that came with the machine. Just as you do with a blade.
