Пойду , вепрево колено, поставлю в духовку, на три часика. Ибо верблюд у нас не водится! Вкус будет иной, но аппетит, не спросит! Видео отличное! Опытные шкуродёры, снимают шкуру без порезов, чтоб не испортить. Говорят , что очень вкусный верблюжий горб, а также вырезка верблюда. Посмотрел бы приготовления, этих блюд , в Вашем исполнении.
