G’day Brian. Very good video. I agree with with what you say. I currently have a 1/4 wavelength vertical for 20 metres at about 4 metres above ground. I have a number of radials which are supported by trees in the garden or are in the roof space under the concrete tiles. This works very well. The greyline advice is good too. I have been taking advantage of this since about 1974 to work DC from VK into Europe. 73 de John VK4VT
Excellent Brian. I use inverted vee dipoles on 40 and 20 (less noise than vertical for me here). Only 24 feet up but work superbly. Gets you in my log every week 👍 73 mate Nigel G4BSW
