Can you blame them when buyers are blatantly checking eBay prices in front of them. As a buyer, you don't have to worry about a listing not being accurate about the condition or the item not arriving, so they should be able to charge eBay prices

@@Actsmon9882 Let’s be honest, reselling has grown hugely over the last 5 years and car boots/charity shops were previously seen as a feeding ground for underpriced or give away priced stock to be picked up and flipped on line. Charity shops and even car boot sellers now have watched the You Tube videos, become more savvy and these days price their stuff accordingly. You’ll see on some reseller’s channels who are sitting on large stocks the question is asked “why don’t you sell it a car boot?” “No way, it’s just giving it away”. But these same people enjoy nothing better than let other people “give away” items to them so that they can make profits. It’s the game I suppose, but reselling is definitely getting harder in 2024.

Sellers have to pay Entry Fee some places charge a lot like £13! So they need to make back the entry fee plus cover fuel etc or not worth effort. Also Sellers are there to make some money. Can't sell everything at 50p each😅
