I these Pakistani hotels are scamming pakistani people in the name of Indian food. In Indian thali same as yours you will have option with Puri, Paratha/ Roti. You can also say I don't want puri or roti give me rice in place of that. Now depending on which part of India you are having thali, in South India its called plate meals, you will get pulav or lemon rice. You will also get pickle plus three different vegetables and a bowl of rice. In Karnataka, I had plate meals once in an air conditioned uddupi hotel and the cost was around 80 rs per person. 490rs is just too much an that too for this thali.

Even the basic thali would consist of rice, Chapati/Puri/Parantha, 1 dry veg, 1 curried veg, choice of dal (dal fry/dal tadka/dal makhani, 1 sweet, salad, pickle, papad, curd, buttermilk) & I'm not kidding.. it is super filling for 1 person. Nonetheless, I'm glad that you had the craving to explore Indian side of thalis 😊

Guys I must confess you guys are being looted literally. Even the best of restaurants in Bangalore the food is lot reasonable compared to Lahore. Stay blessed always and happy to see everyone in your family
7200 PKR is around 2200 INR. They are 7-8 members and in the best of restraunts in Bangalore, it will easily go to around 5000 INR so in a way, Lahore is cheaper.

The restaurant is looting it's customers 490 pkr for 2 puri and 4 types of condiments is mad expensive. The restaurant owner should add atleast 10 condiments 3 types of breads and 2 types of rice and a dessert for 490 rs. Btw loved the vlog.
