Trade schools will 100% create employment becos what we need is a highly skilled artisans workforce highly competent thus creating a highly productive workforce which will bring investor confidence to bring their manufacturing plants to South Africa Only our Unions need to understand that but sadly they are destroy businesses daily

Won't happen because foreigners have been unleashed in there. Locals lack the capital and the government is squashing local business.
