- According to a new study, gender disparities in the work place, continue to affect women disproportionately in India. The findings from a joint survey conducted by CRISIL and DBS Bank India reveal that the perceived gender pay gap at a pan-India level is 23% among salaried women. Across the country, 42% of women said they faced difficulties while negotiating salaries.
