In the 80s we drove coast to coast in 18-wheelers smoking skunk bud , driving down the road. Worst thing that happened, I missed my exit and drove 14 miles before I got off at the truck stop for some snacks.
When the stimulus checks came out and I didn't have a job it was obvious what I needed to do. I ordered a grow tent, lights, and the rest of the stuff and started growing my own in a place that doesn't allow such stuff. So last summer when my boss pissed me off I said F IT and moved to VA so I can fish in the saltwater a lot and grow my own budz. I wish we could grow more plants, but 4 is SO MUCH better than zero legally. And if you get caught with over 4 but not more than 10 it's a civil fine, not criminal. But I don't need more than 4, and I actually ended up with 2 tents, so I'm trying to space out a perpetual grow. To me the way to start is to buy a complete tent kit, get good organic soil, fabric pots and oil pans, and seeds. And don't forget the Recharge, and Stash Blend, and Dr Earth's or Guia Green fertilizer mix. It's pretty hard to screw up once you quit over watering and over fertilizing if you have your tent going right.
I did practically the same thing. Took some of the stimulus money and invested into a 7 x7 grow room In my garage. I got most of the osb for the walls from shipping crates at work. I have a 3x3 tent in there for veg and a 4x4 area for flower. In my opinion, one of the best ways to invest "free" money.
I live in New York and have 2 4x2 tents and do 4 plant perpetual runs and I have a short 4x2 for a couple moms I plan on running a couple runs and I start my seedlings and clone in that shorter tent also

I got an old 80cm x 80cm x 180cm tent from a friend, I bought a cheap 150W light and made my own dual RDWC out of buckets and piping, Aqua pumps and air pumps and nuets. I get 3 ounces and then did everything I could to get a better light and create an environment and then I only need to buy for 3 weeks every 16 weeks or so. Save money and I know what it is when I consume it.

You guys gotta look into mini splits. It's a air conditioner/heating unit and you hang the wall unit up on the wall in the grow and lines run from that out a window to a unit that can be out year round using the outside weather to pump ac or heat into your grow and you can get a dank setup for about 750$-3k
I'm a very big fan of starting my autos in a smaller container (about 1/4 gal or 1/2 gal) using rockwool croutons and adding a tsp of grow dots provides a GREAT start! I then transplant into soil/coco mix around day 25 or so when they're CHUGGING that water! Thanks Reyal Gowers!
Grambo! I have a topic I haven't heard talked about yet. My recent indoor harvest turned out the best looking genetics I've ever seen. Upon smoking it, I'm left with a film coating around my lips I have never had from any flower in over 30 yrs of smoking. I believe I over fertilized in flower possibly with liquid worm castings and bat guano. I feel it make my trichs stop producing as I never reached any amber even at 12 weeks flower. I also used a 2-18-18 bloom booster every week with no physical signs of toxicity. I feel the smoke is ruined thus could be a topic to warn others of IF this could be what you suspect happened. All different genetics/companies with the same bitter film on the lips. Thank you Mister🎉

I don’t mind the heat from my dehumidifier because I a run it when the lights are off not on. So it’s actually keeping it a little bit warmer in the room when I don’t have the heat from my lights

Cut to size place screen on back or front of the fan casing use clips 📎 straighten one side out push through screen into fan cover hoop back out twist 🪢 and continue the whole way around. Works on all shapes and sizes prevents pet hair dust whatever from blowing around always have filter air going into the tent to. Remove socks hell go in naked is the best to. This is my hack a day trick maybe someone will create this product for production it is very easy and cheap project.
I’m curious, if the lights are on and blasting, couldn’t you have really high humidity if you had a lot of fans blasting? And then just turn on the dehumidifiers during the night cycles? I just can’t help but think that the only reason you’re able to grow outside and humid weather is because of wind. But I don’t know.
No matter how much you grow they're will always be new strains that will blow your mind away with its amazing taste smoke and smell never give up the special grows no matter how big or smart you think you are.
I have asthma and I smoke a lot. I find that the cannabis doesn't bother me much. Once in a while, I'll get a little tight in the chest which a puff of my inhaler takes care of. However, if I smoke joints, even with the most natural light paper, my asthma does bother me quite a bit.

Regarding rescheduling - I believe the controlled substance act has a section that prohibits going against international law or something like that. The DEA can’t legally reschedule, only reschedule. Crazy. It’s up to congress to amend the act, which will never happen in my opinion. I may be wrong but there are articles and TH-cam vids out there on the subject. 👍

I’m in Va near Richmond and I’ve had issues trying to keep my humidity and temps stable. From what I’ve read and watched since starting is that at least having about a 50% humidity in flower and at least 60-70% in veg. In my current grow I’ve kept it at about 55-65% throughout veg and beginning flower. I will try to get it down to 55-50% with all that said I would get a small humidifier to put some back in your tent for sure
Why does anyone buy CO2? You can build a CO2 generator for pennies. Grab an empty pop bottle, put sugar and water in it, add some bread yeast, put lid on shake, poke holes in the lid. I'm doing everything on the cheap, since I'm on disability with a limited income. I had to learn how to do alot myself.
