I usually try to go full speed and run forward to look for an opportunity to cross the ball, If I see space in the box I’m going there or even shoot.
I think what wingers should do is analyze the field amd look for chances and spaces to create opportunities for you and your teammates to score.

I'm 6'2, unagile and stiff, I wish i could be as mobile and quick as a winger, I'd love to comfortable dribbling 1v1
Study players like gakpo he is 6'3 and pretty good at dribbling
I haven't seen the video yet so idk if this is in the video or not but you should try getting in between the defender and the ball and then guard the ball moving around with the defender and then with the back of your foot kick the ball back and then dribble or pass to goal
Honestly if ur tall, and a winger maybe you could swap positions or transition to mid field or Cf, get better shoes light ones like speed portals, Instead of trying to do hard skills learn things such as simple stepovers, fake shot or pass, to improve ur agility id say do drills like running, stretches or just go out and do some runs with a ball and try to do sharp cuts
