Yes and it working for Mobile you just have to do put your cape in persona file and then sigin the apk using mt manager or other aplication. And boom you got a insane looking cape wich also shows to other players :)

Here is a quick solution for people that cant find windows app, so what u need to do click file explorer and click view in the top border and then check for hidden item. it will show some hidden folders and that include windows apps.
Edit: This will make l0bit showing hidden folder too, if is not showing for u re-open l0bit

Unfortunately, this method is no longer work on 1.20 or above because Mojang already patched that up. :(

Go to File explorer ---> Find 'view" option ---> click on it ----> Show ----> click on hidden Items
