Singers could kill to have Tommys conrol and vibrato when it comes to singing. You are right. He sang this in church on his friends funeral so every word have feelings. Good job with your reactions!
Upgrades! So happy you are appreciating Tommy's talents! He actually speaks fairly good Italian! Check out his utterly joyful cover of Una Canzone d'Amore!
Enjoyed your reaction, as always. If you would like something with similar "feels" from Tommy, try his tribute to Queen Elizabeth, "Who Wants to Live Forever" (Queen Cover) and one of my favorites!❤
I grew up a hard core Simon&Garfunkle fan, so I'm very critical on covers of this. Strongly dislike the Disturbed version, but Tommy does a great job IMO. You can hear the sorrow for his good friend, whose favourite song this was. The beautiful bass you sometimes see Tommy play in his videos was a bequest from this friend.🧡
Its hard to listen to this. It’s wonderful and I love the lower register ..but It makes me feel sad and a bit uncomfortable.. like peaking into someone’s soul and vulnerability( for lacking of better words) .. so I don’t listen to it very often ( needs a very specific mood ) .. thank you for picking up on that 🌹
Original song was always 1 of my favourites and I never liked the Disturbed version, for me it just lacked emotion. Tommy's cover however has so much emotion it hits me every time I hear it. Amazing tribute to a friend
Beat this Simon and Garfunkel: John Cale composed a song called 4'33. 4 minutes and 33 seconds of nothing but silence... I can also recommend any hypertone song. Hypertone is a genre of electronic music that has at least 1200000 beats per minute. It's so fast you can't hear the songs until they are amplified. Now that's some sound of silence!
Amazing ❤❤❤❤ Thank you❤❤❤❤
