This is utterly pointless being dual motor. Also it’s 36v what year are we in, 2013? lol. I can’t see who this bike is meant for. Any normal person would buy a wired freedom.
@@ramborambokitchenkitchen6357 My missus would love it, sensible speed and power, step through, stylish and lightweight. The pointless dual motors and astronomical price, not so much. edit: phone apps, silly noises and AI? Nope, she's out. If the manufacturers are reading comments an 'ignition' key and a decent torque sensing mid drive would actually make this worth owning. A snake game? Lol, nope.
Any bike that requires an app to "activate" is a hard no. What happens when this company goes out of business and the app is no longer available? Nope. Not ever going to own something like that.
I have been waiting for this for. So tired of all the fat tire bikes. The only thing is I would want it unlocked. 20 mph aint worth the price. Doesnt make sense that all bikes are speed locked but then scooters can go 70mph.
Were l a billionaire would l spend 4grand on this, of course as 4 grand would be like $4 to a billionaire, but in the real world as a 67 old worth just over a million including my homes price, 4 grand for this would make me feel like I'd been mugged. 😂
I hate how these e-bike videos all take place in flat areas. I live in eastern CT, it’s quite hilly here. When you add the terrains here to the equation, I’m curious what the range will turn out on a single charge.
I like it. $2599, but I hate the display. I would like to have a carbon fiber bike that is like the Wired Cruiser. I do use the speed often, particularly when on busier roads in a bike lane. I don’t think they are going to be able to raise the price on this ever.
The bike has a sprocket guard. Thats the technical term. Its not to keep the chain on the sprocket. It's to keep the sprocket from getting damaged while riding. It's rare it happens, but it has happened to me.

Hello from Canada Tail-Happy! Four things: 1) love the channel, been following for a couple of years now. 2) I watch a lot of TH-cam content and don't think anyone reviews more e-bikes than you do. 3) Much respect for your recent fire coverage of the area you live in or near you. 4) The bike you are reviewing today is butt ugly and too expensive even with the discount. I own an e-bike from a Canadian manufacturer and while it is heavier than the model you reviewed today, I never carry it anywhere. For nearly the same money (after conversion) you can get a dual battery, full -suspension e-bike with a top speed of 38 mph while climbing a 15 degree hill and an honest 110 mile range! All while looking good.
No. It's heavy (70 lbs) and massively overpriced. Walmart sells a full carbon fiber frame bike for 399. This frame is a bad design. There is a good reason no other bike is shaped like this. The tech is gimmicky. They want access to your phone with their spyware. It's terrible.
Love your reviews. I could see this bike being priced at $1999 or maybe even $2499 with some of the high tech features/carbon frame/light/nice materials + lights, although some of it is a bit gimmicky (snake game/intrusive audio) but for what you can get on the market these days, I think they will have to adjust pricing to see the demand they want.
Matt, i always enjoy your reviews, but this has to be one of my favorites! Some very funny moments, "pay attention to the behind" isn't that something you would expect to hear from a proctologist? 😂
I loved your review,of this bike. I am interested in purchasing this bike. I am 75 years old. I am not looking for a bike that runs fast. I want to get some exercise, with comfortable pedaling. I think this checks all the box’s. I have not read any other reviews, on this bike. Thank you for the review.
Review is great! But Matt, been waiting on that Dirt Got review since you gave us that little teaser during your first ride after the Cali fire and constantly been going to your other channel to make sure if you uploaded it or not.
This is outrageously priced. Walmart sells a carbon fiber frame bike for 399 Dollars. This frame is terrible, the weight is far too high, it's gimicky and the battery is too small. FOUR GRAND PLUS for this thing?
For my intended use case, I prefer occasional assists to my pedaling, as opposed to riding it like an electric moped. This is outside my budget but otherwise quite nice.
first i really liked how the bike look and the extender, front motor and all that, but i dont need a bike that requires an app and..... wait for it......fingerprints. They are losing a lot of potential customers with the COOL new stuff.
This bike takes the KISS idea and burns it to the ground. Way too much tech and a low cost carbon frame does not make me confident that this bike will still be working a couple years down the road. It does look interesting though.
Please review an Vivi Ace 07 e bike. For the $ (600.00) delivered with 3 year warranty I believe I won this one. I'm waiting for it now. Walmart does do GOOD! Like/enjoy your reviews and updates on new creations.
Power wise this is the perfect ebike for the new California laws, I do feel that the range extender battery should have been a rack mounted battery that way you can get a higher capacity. Price wise I think they focused way too much on unnecessary fancy features to help jack up the price. The wired freedom would be a much better purchase when you compare the price points.
What do you think about the New California E-Bike Laws, do you see the Police enforcing it? I live in a Blue State too, Illinois that is thinking the same thing...smh
Id disconnect that dumbass speaker real quick. I would be so embarrassed if someone heard my bike talking and making those weird ass noises. Also this thing is way overpriced and underpowered.

as a compuer main i love have this ebike gives off windows vibe lol.
As an ebike, it is a joke. About the same performance capacity a $400 Walmart Schwinn bicycle with an electric motor. As a $4000 ebike, it is .. fogetaboutit. Plus all the parts are proprietary, so don't expect that parts and upgrades will be available. The great Tailhappytv is straining to keep this a positive review.
Talk about a gimmick of a bike. And those indicators (turn signals) are hopeless. No way would any motorist be able to see them. Except possibly in the dark. But thanks as always for the review.
bro what is up with all of your links. Anytime I click them chrome immediately closes them like it is blocking spyware. Every other youtuber I can click their links but not yours.
Light, expensive, low power, App. not really all that usable. Question the frame, little damage and it loses it's integrity, headlight didn't seem very good. For the money, It doesn't come up to snuff.
@Randomadventuresebike yeah. 2 350 watt motors will not make a bike go faster. Just better take-off speeds. Maybe dual 750 watt motors can get ya 5 mph on heavy bikes.
Ok, there's basically everything wrong with this bike... It would be a lot lighter if they just used a 750w middrive motor, or one geared hub motor in the rear wheel also 750w By the construction it's not a mountain bike, so why 29 wheels? For leas weight, more torque 26-27.5 would be much better. And finally carbon fiber frame? Make it aluminium or cr-mo with a non suspension front fork made of cr-mo and it would be 1000 dollars (or more) cheaper, and not significantly heavier, but significantly more robust.
This was clearly designed by a person that doesn't ride bikes. It has a gimmicky and confusing UI, a poorly designed bike frame and cheap components. Plus, it's underpowered for a dual motor ebike.

Nice looking bike, but I don't see the advantage of having dual motors for a combined output of only 700 watts.

He takes them up a huge hill lol. Put it this way. Your speed and range will be 25-40% reduced in a hilly area. Just apply it to any bike.
He does a 20% and a 12% climb in every review tho.

I feel these strange designs kind of limits your customer base and for the price you either love this bike or you don't.
You vould get a second front rim and tire to change out for no motor and make it even lighter weight.
