I don't see how the police have a case... We saw the back of a male shooter kill the CEO. Never got so much as a glance at his face. We can tell he was white (-ish) and we can calculate how tall he was. That's it. That's all the police have. Can you begin to imagine how many white males of that height wearing black hoodies were on the street in a 10-block radius at just before 7am on a weekday in NYC?! Must be a dozen or more! Every CCTV camera in that 10-block radius must have captured one or more of them. I think Luigi was working with the real shooter who escaped from the city while Luigi led the cops on a merry chase. Two identical outfits, two identical ghost guns, but the one Luigi has is likely to have never been fired. Why else would a smart guy hold onto "the" gun? The manifesto never mentioned the CEO by name... Luigi could claim he's writing the next Great American Novel. All the cops have on Luigi is circumstantial evidence. DEFINITELY NOT "beyond a reasonable doubt" stuff! I think he will walk and it will humiliate the authorities when he does! I think that's part of his plan, and why he looks so calm in court.
