fun fact you can in fact boil up the green bananas and make them edible. we put green bananas in soup and eat them with other ground provisions with our meat of choice in the Caribbean you can also fry them in oil like fried plantains and put a bit of salt on them or slice them thin and make banana chips

You can try to use comfrey oil or comfrey balm for you ankle, apply the balm and wrap it gently with cotton bandage
And take a rest, a few weeks without a new video is totaly okay.❤
