It doesn’t have to fit under the seat as I a running it up facing with the passenger side rear seat folded up. The current enclosure is a 1.5cu ft attends ported unit. The suggested for this woofer is 1.8cu ft I believe (you would know better than I do). What would it cost to have an enclosure built and shipped to Vancouver BC Canada?
What's the best subs you've heard in one of your boxes like this? Currently i have 2 skar evl 8's under the seat with no seat lift.. I'm doing a 2.5 seat lift looking to go with a lil better sub and 4 8's if possible.
Question.........whats the airspace in this box??? Wanted to know if you can run four 8" Sundown x8v3's?? They require 1cuft of air per sub.....thanks!!
@@underlinehdd Yes and I love it. He does great work I got around the same time he said he would. He answered my questions about other things to. It’s better than I thought it would be.
I just ran them in a simulation, they would be be 2.3db louder at 33hz across the transfer function, however adding 2 more subs it would be 3.7db quieter at that same frequency. Plus the extra power you could throw at them they would be 9.7db louder at the peak and 12db louder across most other frequencies.
@@abelscaliber7969 do you know what optimal frequency a box with 2 8in subs(Memphis mojo's) would be for listening to rock would be? I also like to listen to lower bass songs sometimes too.... But I mostly listen to hard rock.... I am about to build a box but don't know what frequency I should shoot for... Any response would be appreciated.
$450 for a box😅 skar audio does a 4 8” sub box for about $200 it may not be as good as this guys box but I’m not in any competition with anybody so that skar box will do for me
