Hi Andy. Just wanted you to know that your videos have helped my wife during a difficult time. The content provides a lot of calm to those who are dealing with various issues. Cheers.
Hey, it always makes me happy to hear that my videos help people, especially with their health issues. say hi from me :) I hope things improve soon ATB - Andy
Nice to see your comment. My wife is going through mental health issues, grieving about departed parents, early childhood trauma, burnout at her IT job, back issues, and now at 46, early menopause. LIFE can be a bitch(that's why they call it "Mother Nature")(just a joke)(lol!). I watch these videos, but my wife doesn't much care for outdoor/bush crafting shows. I try to spring anything on her, like old TV game shows like Password or What's My Line, or comedians like Rodney Dangerfield or Buddy Hackett from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, or Monty Python, or On The Buses, but nothing seems to work. It's difficult to see her shutting down at such a young age. I like comedy and humour and intelligence, as it keeps the juices flowing, and staves off the inevitable.(That sounded rather depressing. (lol!) I wish you and your wife much better luck, if possible. From Jonathan Smith, in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Your love for our food is well appreciated. Our culture has so much to offer the world. The only thing I have to say about the Birria. all of our country states does it differently. There were many more ingredients missing. But im glad a basic recipe made you fall in love with our food.

As a Mexican I really appreciate you taking the time to get our food out there, which is yours as well, especially out in the field which is awesome. Love your videos and your kind hearted mannerism. Love you Brother. Keep up the awesome!!!!! work. BTY you nailed the name of the dish *BIRRIA*
Man that looks awesome! It made me hungry, and I just ate dinner. I must say, as the other comments said, your tacos look right on point. All I didn't hear you mention was the salsa! No Mexican dish is is complete without the salsa. I love your videos. Thank you for taking the time to do them!😂
My son and I are over here drooling watching this. It’s hard to get him to talk about anything but 18 wheelers so you did a good job getting him to focus on something else! I told him I would try these one day soon and that got me a huge hug. We love your channel and I love that it’s family friendly as well. Awesome content.
#1- shows the struggle of lighting a fire. #2- good stewardship showing how to quench the fire with water. #3- everything in between! It looks like Ray Mears meets De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina!
Good thing I watched this whilst I was eating or I'd have been running to the store for the ingredients of this stuff! Wow, it looked absolutely fantastic!!!
Those Birria Tacos looked delicious, my mouth was watering just looking at them. I've made them for my Husband and myself a few times, so I know how amazing they are. They must taste better when you cook them on the open fire. What I love that you did, was that you made your own tortillas. You didn't just go and buy them in the store. Everything was from scratch and I really enjoy that. There's nothing wrong if you buy the tortillas, I just think the tortillas taste better when you make them yourself. Take care and be safe, much love to you. ❤😋😀
I have lived along the tex-nm-az-ca/mexican border for 50+ years, and that is some of the best tacos I have ever seen. I had Menudo (red sauce) today. right up there with Kent Rollins.

Sounds to me like you should have been born in the states. You've got a love for all things American. Tacos, BBQ and your love of Ketchup! Looked awesome. Thanks for sharing.
@@bennyhill7467 When you fold them and they become crunchy/crispy they become American, glad the comments aren't full of people roasting him for it, if this was a west coast USA video that's all you would read about in the comments. Mexican taco's also use corn tortillas, using wheat would be a whole additional level of roasting. The type of cheese may also be a problem for some people.

Hi mate, have you considered getting some tongs since you cook so often? You can use them to pick up meat from your pot, or use them to flip over your pancakes, rotate chicken over a rock, stir fry vegetables...almost for anything.....just a thought. Great video.
I've made a big pot of chilli that's been cooking in the slow cooker since yesterday morning.I'm going to make tacos like this tonight with it for my tea. Cheers for all the vids mate. I love em.

Yes ma'am.. as someone who grew up in the southwest. I can testify that there is no finer cuisine than the Mexican cultural diaspora provides
Always amazed how you turn out restaurant quality dishes from a wood fire in the middle of a forest. Delicious looking birria tacos. Well done!
Next time, when you are dropping seeds onto the ground, find an area of great soil to dump them on. You never know next spring you could have some new pepper plants! 👍
This is super cool advice...
Pepper plants are annual and non invasive so you can only do good by non intrusive propagation
Homie had his techniques on point as a Mexican I gotta say he did these tacos justice 😂
No he didnt have you ever seen how proper birria tacos are made? Clearly not.
