Tenor Ukulele VS Concert Ukulele

Pretty tune nicely performed. Very hard for me to discern any difference in tone or projection?
The melody notes appear to be on top 3 strings though?
I couldn’t identify whether you’re using High or low G tuning. High g?

Both instruments are high g. I use all four strings during this song but it's in the key of G so the high G stays open most of the song.
