In broadcast you turn all 0's in the host bits into 1's and add then together but six 0's cant give you 255 can you explain about that

Well it has the same reason as the other three octets as well. We need to convert all the four octets (IPv4 addresses) to binary to find out the Network address, Broadcast address and the first and last usable hosts. Hope this helps
