    Here in the US, I buy the Pro line. They only cost a bit more and last a longer time than the regular Vans.

    I'm guessing it's unintentional, but I'm here for the ASMR. I could listen to you review absolutely anything.

      It is unintentional, but others have commented before, an unintended extra!

    Pro tip, I work in the skate/surf industry and have been wearing Vans my whole life. Definitely opt for the Vans “Pro” line! Insole is 100x better and overall construction is improved across the board. Well worth the extra $5-10 bucks. Last me more than 6 months walking around campus and riding a motorcycle versus 2 months in regular Vans. (Less time if you skate often).

      Milton Henriquez yeah I’ll still pick up some here and there and they do seem to be a half size difference or so too! Either way can’t go wrong with Vans

      I'd just bought regular vans sk8 hi online as there's no services in my country and I got them half the price around 40$. Can you tell me how can I make them last longer and durable?

    I loved my pair of Sk8 Hi's, had a pair exactly like that and wore them for years until they were completely worn out. Always liked the look/feel of high top sneakers. Only thing I wish now that I'm looking for a new pair is they made them in a few more non-bright colors (like navy/dark gray) or with the gum rubber. I guess I could always pay the extra $20 for customs but it gets a bit pricey for beat around shoes for me then.

    Vans are interesting to me. They were big in the mid to late 90s in the US as I can recall then damn near disappeared. Now you can’t go to a heavy concert without seeing 50% of the kids wearing them.

      They never go out of fashion. There as classic as it gets. My only beef with them is that they tend to run a tiny bit small (and would be too big if you went up a size), so they have never been the most comfortable shoe because of that. I wear the fuck out of my converse instead, because they aren’t so rigid feeling.

    I use the all black "comfy cush" sk8 hi for work. I work at UPS unloading and loading trailers, these have so much support for lifting I'm going to try the pros once these are done.

    I’d rather wear comfycush edition that costs just 10 Euro/Dollar/Pound more than the normal edition. My feet hurt when wearing them, but no problems with comfycush. Just the selection of colors is smaller than for the normal models. I miss navy Sk8 hi comfycush.😤😭😩😱😨

      If you skate vans every day, especially if they’re not the pro version, they’d wear out after about 3 months. So even if he skates once every few days it would still wear down after a year or two definitely

      sean faulkner super awesome! I have 8 pairs of vans, my oldest pair are 9 yrs old. I had some that were older but our puppy chewed the heel off of one of them. I wouldn’t suggest walking down gravel roads in them but around the city their great and I don’t get foot fatigue wearing them

    • @DevonReviewer
      @DevonReviewer  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Gah, I didnt say did?!? Well I would say true to size, I take a UK8 and these fit great as a UK8, I might add that this is largely down to a generously wide toe box, my toes are actually a little nearer the tip than would be typical but as the toe box doesn't taper down this is not a problem
