Wow. Just wow, imagine being as beautiful and stunning as Charlize but still doing your own stunts-Committing yourself in making a movie. The discipline, the drive, all that hardwork and dedication.
When I first saw the film, I honestly think it's a stunt double.
Truly a superwoman. We need more actors like her. 😎💪💯

I keep rewinding to watch my favorite scenes on repeat... I think I’m on my fifth total watch so far, but I’ve had nothing else to do all day.
Sadly not a movie, it is a pilot episode. I love Charlize Theron, but this movie had a wasted script and big issues with a generic bad guy plot and tons of exposition... like a pilot episode for a TV show. The generic bad guy and last third of the arc shows it is meant as a setup to a show.
Netflix did the same shit with Bright, instead of doing a good movie which they can spin into a show they did a generic movie pulled down by exposition so it never got a show.

She's made good movies before but this one great.
Charlize is so talented... there wasn’t a single moment in the movie where I doubted the fact that she has been fighting for thousands of years. It looked so natural and experienced.

Charlize watching you as an Andy always makes me happy.....it’s gives me motivation to something good in life.....your fighting scenes are awesome....now we can’t imagine anyone else as an Andy.....you sets that level and I don’t think anyone else can performer your Andy character better thn you.....here in India all people are mad for Charlize after seeing the old guard......people now recognising you as an Andy...,..we love you Charlize......and hoping you and family are good and safe.....

I admire her for not only her amazing positive attitude and the humanitarian work she does and her talent, but damn she's tough to transform herself into such an action hero! How many women (or men for that matter) over 40 do you know who can really train this hard?

She truly is amazing and I watch this movie for her and the fight scenes that are - despite violent and brutal - such beautiful choreographies. I believe Noomi Rapace commits herself just as hard in her works, she loves to prep and adapt her body to her roles. Two of my favorite actressess tbh i also watch Mad Max Fury Road partly to watch Charlize in her strong female one-handed kick-ass enraged-yet-hopeful character.

I know nowadays used to use cg for the movie, but real stunt is always the best! I love how she puts so much hard work on all the stunt things by herself, and i admire the team who trained her.

I didn’t know CT had been a ballerina, but yes, it shows - dancers are always easier in my experience to teach fight scenes. They have the required ease with movement, and some of the physical vocabulary already, so you are starting from a different place.
The cast and stunt team did an absolutely brilliant job with this film - looking forward to a sequel.

Her being a Ballerina really shows in the grace she displayed in some of the shots. Where John Wick felt harsh yet efficient, Andi was smooth. Well done, we need a full series of movies.
I watched these fight scenes more than 50 times. It is very well done to every single detail. Charlize you have done an amazing job, i honestly havent seen much of these role for women in hollywood and thus changes the entire perception on action movies for me. I mean everything she touches turns into Gold i.e. long shot, regardless of Genre, but i seriously developed a crush on her bcz of her badass character in this movie.

Ah and BTW the fight scenes ware extremely pleasant to watch, they ware very realistic. Effective cool and extremely difficult but realistic, no flying, wall jumping, and superhuman power. It made the point that those skills are a result of 1000 years of fighting and training but still they are human. PS don't mention anything about gay/lesbian motives in the movie those comments will be deleted instantly.
Saw the movie and Charlize Theron can deliver martial arts moves. Watched the fighting scenes several times. Several thumbs up !!
