I really like this ceiling fan but how can I contact the company who makes this fan to do a redesign to able to put a light kit on it or switch housing with a pull chain that would be nice
I love slow fans, specially High Breeze & Decair type fans, i have both of these & both are working problem- free! I love Crompton fans specially slower & antique ones.

Also Crompton Greaves High Breeze, High Efficiency, Dec Air, Five Star (5 blade), Excel Air (3 blade), Dec Air 1970,80,90 models, High Speed (Named as High Efficiency 42,36"), High Breeze Slim 36 & 42" (US calls it as HB princess), Etc models.
For shipments outside India, I think you have to contact with the seller! You could search other sellers in Google who could probably ship outside India!
This fan is still in manufacture but brown colour is available in lower quality than ivory colour! Moreover shopkeepers don't like to sell these fans coz of low profit margin!!

Havells fans are new company since 2005 & the quality is not as good as Crompton! Blades get bent during cleaning! I will recommend Crompton Aura/Avancer AntiDust, High Speed/Dec Air for best performance & long lasting!!

Eventhough the company claimed that dec air is 280 rpm, it still spins faster at about 300-320 rpms. So the speed is quite good.
