Grubby just started playing wc3 and I need help my screen is to zoomed in it’s not like yours I wish it was I used the wheel thing on the mouse it’s zoomed all the way out. U think u can help?
undead with statue and banshee, almost free regen and debuff curse... while orc keep using item for both heath and mana regen, can orc play caster in the mix? like witch doctor?

this is so insane. i know the legend grubby from the older days. and of course everyone knows he was the best orc, if not the best wc3 player in the wolrd with a few others. but also happy is the one who is active right now. he is the one, who is winning everything and against everyone right now. and grubbys time is like 10 years ago. but when i see this . how grubby is playing against this imba happy from today. i seem to get a feeling what it meant to once were one of the best players of the wc universe back then. in the prime of wc3. this is like war. i can imagine this is exhausting like hell to play as good as a human man can play this game. and i now get a feeling what it means, to know this game like a top level pro gamer does. when it gets international, because in your country and continent there are not enough players who can mess with you. this skill is so insane.
Banshees were MVP's for Happy in both games 100%

So cool coming back to WC3 after so many years way and watching 4 yr old vids of some really top level play, and Happy is dominating in '22. Grubby, props man. Always enjoyed your play even before "streaming" was a thing. Glad to see you're still putting out the best WC3 content!
I got home from work and watched this all back on the rerun slept through my birthday.
this series is probably the best so far from stream :)
Other youtube posters only show their wins at least Grubby shows the games he loses which shows he is not fighting against noobs that cannot fight back,

IMO I think Grubby should take down those statues asap in big fights, the dk can't coil the statues to save them so it will go down quickly to focus fire, also ensnare them to prevent them from morphing to destroyers. The undead army wont be so tough to beat without the healing.

Hmm.. i feel like Grubby needs shamans LS and Spirit walker's disenchant to win fights against Happy's army in general.
I mean dispel curses and skellies, ls on all banshee after downing destroyers, spirit link units, resurrect spirit walkers when needed...
nah there's no dps with shaman....
I think the banshees are a response to the current orc meta of not going spirit walkers vs UD, which was originally a response to the mass destroyers meta of undead. Orc players are probably thinking that if they go spirit walker to counter banshees UD will just go back to mass destroyers and make spirit walkers obsolete.
This game did kinda feel like Grubby was trying to counter destroyers and Happy barely made any in response.
nah that's true, orc will usually transition to mass troll berserker against ud at the late game, it has piercing attack which is great for both destroyer (light armor) and banshee (no armor)
grubby lost cuz he was just playing around, you rarely see ud can beat orc in real fight, cuz orc is so imbalance
Even back then this was a dangerous Happy strategy
why not just expand in the island if you were going to creep it after expansion anyways?

(as the only good thing, that came. Out of blizzcon). Installed the game right away and playing it regularly. I am bad, but getting better

Would it stress your economy too much to go walkers vs banshee like that? I feel like only using them for disenchant would be very beneficial vs curse and skeletons.

The last game you should had made tauren shaman to disable Happy's banshee's curse

in the match 3, it seemed to me that grubby had lost too much time taking the second mine ... this is a delicate map for an orc ...
perhaps a slightly more offensive tactic was needed
those banshee's misses were key to winning imo, if only there were few spirit walkers to disenchant or purge.

If you possessed a Kodo who has a unit in its stomach, what happens to that unit?
Hey Grubby, don’t know if you’ll see this, but in these games how come you rarely hero focus ? I mean I understand high value targets like statues and banshees are priority, but late game it feels like the battle is even until someone loses a hero, usually it’s him killing yours. On game 4, that one battle you killed his DR, he backed out immediately.

It is ridiculous how many problems this game causes. Also bought wc3 and tft recently on cd and had many issues until i finally managed to make it work. I feel like it should not be sold in such a condition

HAPPY make use the blank time when orc is upgrading to T3 to build his expansion
and banshee is too strong for melee units including BM
and tri heros doesnt work for banshee style
I think you would win by either going just BM+SH ,raiders+trolls+fast expo or Spirit Walkers+Wind Riders when he start massing banshees. He changed tactic from fiends/destroyers to mass banshees and you didn't change your units to like wind raiders to counter them.. But really i don't get why people don't do spirit walkers vs undead. Curse win games just like that.

ok im a huge fan of grubby
my analysis is that on first fight in the first match grubby did some good dmg but even having dust of appearance grubby didnt manage to kill those almost dead fiends and by the time they got healed.
and yes as every one said banshees are the mvp for most of the matches for happy and by seen most of the matches my conclusion is that the only counter for happy is spirit walker because i have seen some nice fights and grubby won

i think without casters in your army, you needed demolishers grub, all his targets are good for demos. burrowed spiders, banshee and stats

I agree with adding walkers but NOT to dispel, as you would run out of mana and they can get focused by destros too easily. However, If you add walkers, and you force the UD to either devour the curse FOR you, or deal with sustain of spirt link + scroll of prot/speed. Maybe even throw in a pitlord 2nd for howl? That seems like the real answer because sitting there cursed is giving his army too much survivability and UD is much better at FFing targets down. I feel like switching up the composition is necessary, especially if he is not teching to wyrms or aboms.
relying on SH mana for healing while having strictly stat items on BM seems like it doesnt work well against the banshee combo. if you went invul+circlet+heal potion+heal scroll+boots+lightning orb your BM's overall DPS would be higher and youd be able to chase down the banshees at the very beginning of the fight.
Alternatively,
What if you go FS + SH (or possibly naga/alchemist/firelord 2nd) with forced engagement at t2 with potions+speed+circlet?
At the beginning of t2 usually the orc is spending gold on t2 buildings and creeping but what if you delay in favor of a push?With only 4 fiends and a DK they cant stop you from killing all the fiends and/or the lich unless they turtle or have extra towers. a gradual push with towers/demos would be very difficult to stop if he loses even 1 extra fiend... this would be a much easier position to play from rather than try to outcreep -> outmicro a UD deathball in the long game where they can switch freely between banshee/destro/wyrm/abom

banshee is too strong, she can decrease your attack damage to 66% by cursing

I don´t understand why Grubby doesn´t just attack the dk. It´s him who´s healing everyone. Grubby could´ve killed the lich 3 times over in one of the fights but it gets healed. Just target the dk !
I think dk had death pact and potion of invulnerablity along with frost armor. He was pretty much unkillable. BM was almost cursed at all time, so DK focus might not be a good ideal. In my own opinion, killing statues first then Lich, DK will C for sure and then switch to DR might be a solution. Just constantly put pressures on the heroes to force them not doing damage so comfortablely since 90% of UD's damage are from the heroes. Just some of my own thoughts.
@@TheLitong0511 Hmm maybe, I think I would´ve put more pressure on the DK so it wont be able to heal that comfortably without being punished.

Mass raiders with hit and run tactic? Can that work against Happy? You can never really fight an undead army with destroyers, banshees and statues. Self sustaining and good kiting.
