There is no 100% substitute but Gojira - Vacuity or Craspore (i.e. Cybernetic) are heavy on that driving rhythm. Carpenter Brut, I assume you're already aware of.
@@antongerasin3871 Synthwave/Darkwave is quickly becoming the "sound of cyberpunk". As of lately, a lot of people associate this type of music with cyberpunk culture. Industrial metal with synth is a perfect combination for that type of sound IMO.
