bathroom is nice ....I like how it is on a split floor like that halfway between the 1st floor and the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are. Nice to have separate studio space
Yes that was something that originally drew us to the property, it is so quirky over the 5 levels. and yes nice to have a separate filming area to separate work and home. 👍

@@hennyvanbavel3148 yes we are moving into the countryside to be closer to our growing family. We’re an Aunty and Uncle now so we don’t want to miss anything by living further away. We both worked in the city when we first moved here but I’ve worked from home for the last 7 years and Simon for the last 4/5 years so we don’t need to be here any more 🙌🏼

My Victorian cottage has the first laundry room I’ve ever had. We made it by walling off the portion of our long, skinny garage that had the machines in it. Being so into clothes, etc., I don’t know who I could function without it. Our old place has lots of tiny rooms, nooks and crannies like yours, and they all are in use. I can’t wait to see your new house, I love remodeling and interior design as much as clothes, well, almost.

I think my initial shock was because in my head it felt like you’d just completed the renovations and hadn’t lived to enjoy them for long. I didn’t know you’d lived in this home for 10 years and also you cut back on vlogging during lockdown which made it more of a blur how much time you’ve spent in the newly done spaces. You guys did such a great job renovating! I remember each room’s transformation and those vlogs were some of my favorites of yours. It's always good to relocate if it's for a bigger and better space. I don't like living at the same house for 5/6 years.... Thanks for this tour through your amazing house! Going through all the reno processes with you guys during the last years and you really inspired me and helped me to find my style! Great to see Simon again! Missed him, his humor and his special outfits! Really looking forward what's coming up next and wish you all the best! We will move too in a few months but don't have to do renovations as the small house is completely new. Just some bits and bops and a bit of colour and some new furnitures (never ad a dining area before...). Hope to see new content very soon!

I love what you and Simon have achieved over the last 10years You have immaculate taste and have made it super cosy for you both ans the fur babies. By the way, i have one smooth haired chihuahua and know how much fur they shed. You must be constantly vacuuming with 5 of them to maintain this level of cleanliness! Good luck with your move x
😂 yes we essentially have vacuums permanently attached to our limbs 😂 but it is worth it, the little bundles of love ❤️

Emma, my heart skipped a beat when you said you were moving. I have suspected it for a while but I had a little panic when you “announced” it! Then I realized I “visit” you via TH-cam and you would still be here 😂. Your home is beautiful. You and Simon have lovely taste and you did so well with your renos. I ❤️ crown moulding as well.
