Everything he said resonates with me and I have the same beliefs and values both mentally and physically, BUT it also helped me recognize where I can improve and put more work in as a father and as a man day to day. Training for the unknown and being as prepared as possible. I was asked that question and that’s actually almost word for word what I said as well. You have to prepare for those moments to protect yourself and loved ones and expect that nobody will come to help you.

Take 20 mins. I've been working out and eating carnivore everyday for 272 days. Habits are easy to build. Start light start small gradually increase the reps and sets as you go. Start with 3 sets of 5 reps, goal is 5 sets of 10 reps. Adding exercises, Start with 3 moves.
