I have a heartfelt story to share with you. There was a time when I was desperate for the fulfillment of my prayers, only to realize, when they were granted, that I wasn't ready to handle the outcome. This epiphany led to a deeper, more introspective exploration of patience and contentment. In our conversation, we pull back the layers of these virtues and how they're intertwined with our spiritual relationship with God. We also explore the idea of God withholding our wishes not out of denial, but as a form of protective love, and the need for ongoing dialogue with the Divine beyond our moments of desire.
In the later part of our discussion, we explore the significance of God's timing and the wisdom in His design. We unravel the reasons behind unanswered prayers and the transformative power of waiting. Together, we delve into the seeming paradox of our spiritual selves, often only turning to God in times of need, much like children with their parents. This episode is an invitation for all of us to reflect on these truths, to exercise patience and trust in divine timing, and to embrace each moment as an opportunity for personal growth and understanding. My favorite quote is “ God is going to change your mind before he changes your life” that’s so real for me. Even when you ask for the simplest things a lot of the time our minds have to be shifted in order to prepare ourselves for what we are asking for. Not to mention some of us are so stuck in survival mode that our minds can’t even fathom the blessings that are in store for us! We don’t even know what we are capable of sometimes. Therefore we will be sat down to mentally, emotionally or even physically get ready!!! That waiting period is meant to be intentional and all about learning. It happens to us all a few times in our lives because the learning/growing never stops. We just become better at navigating it. 💪🏾💙
The last part of doors closing is my problem.. I want them to close I pray for them to close but yet I can’t accept it when the Door closes . Rejection is Gods protection. Thank you for your openness Queen, We appreciate you.

I understand this oh to well! Knowing you need to close the door but can’t handle when it closes. That takes much strength and peace from God to endure. I keep telling myself rejection is God’s protection from what I can’t see or even hear! ❤

@@lidyaayele6026 Here's a few blessings I've received. A grateful heart and spirit - every damn day! Improved communication and connection w/my husband. After two years of serious financial struggle ($0 in the bank and $0 income) to financial blessings that ONLY God and my actions could create. I was re-hired at the job I had worked for over 25 years in-person to being re-hired as a remote job living almost 1,000 miles away. That was not possible before C-19. That's just to name a few.

Waiting is hard but also teaches you a lot about who God is and who you are in Christ. After I lost so much and got isolated, God came through for me. I wanted to give up but had nowhere else to go. God loves His children so much. Never forget that.

Being appreciated and feeling like you already have everything is the KEY. The Bible tells us to act as if we already have all our desires and they will flow to us.
Simply, live as if you are who you want to be. If you want to be a singer, sing daily. If you want to be a podcast host, record yourself on voice notes talking about your subject.
If you want to be a wife/husband, start having loving conversations out loud with your desired partner.

This was extremely therapeutic I’m going through a breakup and I this is right on point. I found myself thinking of him at the start of the day and not god.. during this healing process when I find my mind wander and replaying events in our relationship I snap my fingers and say “bring it back to god” in this waiting season I am grateful and putting my energy into god and the business he blessed me with. The irony of this is I’m only asking for peace. To be detached from negativity, always drama. These are ppl that I want distance from. I’m seriously more at peace, when I’m not involved. I’m faithful in prayer. Hardly ever miss a day or night. I don’t know what it takes anymore. I have no other alternative but to wait…in torment!!!

My ex was after the end goal and chasing the bag at 19 while I was focused on my day-to-day life. I got cheated on and was deeply hurt, I left social media and isolated myself for six months after that. I’m finally changing seasons for myself and I feel better. I detached from a cheater and I am focusing on myself now. I’m taking care of myself, my pause season is coming to a end. I may not be religious to a specific god but I appreciate this video, thank you.

I been in the waiting room for 6 years now. I been the most difficult times n my life in these last 6 years. I’m down with God 365 24/7 but I’m tired of going thru the darkest times in my life by myself

I’ve just come to the point of stop asking. Everything asked for is never “needed” is what I gathered. Just seems easier to close the door and just take whatever he gives because that’s all I know he’ll give. I’m glad so many people feel inspired by this, and I’m happy that others at least get their blessing.
You will receive your blessings. God is good no matter the situation, today was hard for me but I learned that God still has great plans and I need to be patient and content.
I feel the same. I don’t ask for anything. Simply the strength to get through another day till my time here is up. God knows best and after the hell I’ve been through I’m content with the peace I have, few friends, decent job and good family 🙏🏽❤️

The lord actually allowed me to have exactly what I prayed for. And I let him go willingly because in the midst of that relationship God showed me that I wasn’t ready I was still broken in so many places . He humbled me by giving me what I kept begging for and now I’m sitting quiet allowing him to do the work In me that I KNEWW needed to be done but I just couldn’t sit still long enough for it because I was lusting after marriage so much.
Your self awareness sis….. and sometimes it unfolds that way. We learn so much don’t we? He will humble us all…. But you’re still worth what you’ve prayed for when the timing is right for you.
This literally is what I’m in right now the waiting season. I really connected when she said she wasn’t consistent w/ doing the work on the back end. Once you’re aware of that you can make the correction & keep going.

I did research on my family tree, learning about holistic health, focused on being out in nature, finish a few art projects, listened to videos like these ❤ thank you, remain present and continue to give gratitude for everything I have been through. Divine timing is always at play ✨

I enjoyed this video! It reminded me of what I was experiencing earlier today with my daughter. I’m so grateful that God is faithful and patient with me. Today my daughter was asking so many questions and I was getting frustrated, then I thought, I am so happy that God isn’t like this with me. Immediately changed up my attitude.
Wow, that's good. Being patient is hard, but it's rewarding in the end. I have to tell myself that. That part about it's probably not my time. it's hard.

In the past, I used to rush into everything because I believed that time was limited. However, I have come to realize that time is not a constraint. It is more important for me to be mindful and do things correctly, rather than hastily. I have learned to be kind to myself and allow room for mistakes. Currently, I have a lot on my plate, juggling school and job applications while waiting for responses. I have also learned to keep my plans to myself and disregard any external distractions. Additionally, I have started to appreciate the simple things in life.
I've come to understand that the waiting period is necessary to gain clarity. There can be peace and joy in your waiting room if, you know that you're being prepared for that which, you desire. I want what will serve me best so, that I can give to other's. I always see life bigger and bigger takes time or rather, requires more energy.🌱🌻

She said that about jobs, and it just took me back how I accepted a job offer even after I knew it was no good. Even the day I went to sign the offer, the HR was snarky but still signed. Fast forward 3 months later, they fired me. I had another offer lined up, but they took their time and the money was a lil low, so I rushed and took this one bc of the money and I feared changed. I'm still job hunting 8 months later, I'm praying to God for him to open doors for me!🙏

Amen. Yes to everything you said. I’ve been learning a lot of this. Ultimately. My main focus is becoming a better me. I desire a lot of things. In the right time they will all present themseleves to me. Sometimes in a way I envisioned and sometimes not. However, god is doing the work, and protecting me from battles that I may not even be aware of… A lot of this is protection and preparation. Preparing for all those “major” things I want/ we want. I have a lot of work to do as we all but PERSPECTIVE. I cannot expect all these big things without the care of what I have NOW. Without the care of what I get and am given now. Period. + There is so many blessings around me and present in my life. Life itself is a blessing. Happiness and peace doesn’t come from something or someone. Self fulfillment is a conversation within ourseleves. I’m proud of my growth and yours even though I don’t know you personally. This video really resonated with me and I am sending you so much love. I have been battleing with this. I have been called by God and I have made excuses for years. I have got into a relationship prematurely and it has cost me. God had me walk away from this person and it is so hard being that I am 6 months pregnant with his second child. I have to be obedient but it is not easy. This video was such a sweet reminder. His plan is so much better.
Even in the midst of it all… GOD STILL has a plan for all of us!!!! It may not have been what you wanted! But God will still provide and remind us during our seasons of trials that he is always GOD

girl, I’m 15 seconds in and NO WAY!!!! God‘s timing is toooo on POINT. This is the first video YT suggested. I spent the night with a guy I really like but off top I see some things that could become problematic so I let him know this could be our last time together so I chose to enjoy it lol (not sexually, just quality time). This morning I got sad like dang… I would really enjoy my husband but quickly realized “there’s still some patterns that I have that could affect my marriage” part of me is still weak in the flesh. This happened 1 min before coming into youtube😭 I realized that if I’m weak with a man who isn’t my potential husband, how can I be strong with my husband… this sucks. but lemme watch this video.
I must give myself some credit tho. I used to continue dating the guy with the red flags and pray that I could change him, And we’d be dating for years. . . Now i’m beginning to appreciate the ending, even if we only went on one date. Plus I’m not ready for no dang marriage😂😂😂, I already asked God to hold it until he knows that I’m ready. It sounds good but nah. not rn.

I recently separated from my Kingdom spouse ( he was going through something and didn't want to subject me through that so he chose breaking up and now he wants nothing to do with me) and I realized something when you said God doesn't gift you something just for you to mismanage it I realised I mismanage everything because I didn't trust him and yet through out the break up God would say hold me to the promises I've made you and he promised that I'd marry this man so I just got on TH-cam after a short prayer asking God what to do and this is the first video that pops up , thank you Lord
