Hello Chris. We’ve been on M. n M. Runaway Railway and recorded several times. I’m going to look at each one and see if Big Foot silhouette is there. We will also look when we are back in the park in August. Trying to find him is now a fun challenge!

My wife works at the parks and has seen it! She had no idea it was rare lol. Before I even described it to her she described bigfoot exactly and where it happens, then I shared this video with her haha.

Bigfoot is real. Back in college, I was up on Mt. Laguna when I was with college classmates in middle of night. Three Bigfoot were throwing rocks at group. I held rear guard while classmates ran to parking area.
Too many similar stories to not be real.

Please do an update on DAS your last video saying you thought it was going to work out turned out to be wildly untrue the disabled community needs people with reach to do the right thing and speak up in the face of this harm and exclusion
8am to Midnight, with running 10 min before opening and 25 min after closing is 995 min/day run time: 64 sec per car=933 rides per day: 10,000=10.7 days, 50,000=53.6 days, 100,000=107.2 days
But unless you have a siting to start from it doesn’t matter…
With the parameters you defined (64 sec load, 8am-12am ops, 45min overrun), I believe my math is correct:
943 launches a day since you cannot have factional launches in a day
For 10k launches: 570 rides into the 10th day or ten days, 10 hours, 8 minutes
For 50k launches: 21 rides into the 53rd day or 53 days, 22 minutes, 24 seconds
For 100k launches: 42 rides into the 106th day or 106 days, 44 minutes, 48 seconds

I don't think that you can really count the launches. Knowing what I know about theme park design, I would venture to say that bigfoot is just somewhere in that particular part of the ride's video loop, which, likely, has timecode attached to it.
The Imagineer that you have heard your information from probably knows the exact timecode number, because they probably worked on it, and that's how they know.
This is information that operations would never get a hold of, because they don't have the original design files.
For that, you would have to bug WDI's media library, and/or the Walt Disney archives.

well originally it was Park Pass but we changed it to PPP but to many people had a hard time with that so we changed it back

So there are 60,300 minutes from 8am-12:45am, if the ride runs with that amount of run off after park closes.
That would leave us with 942 rides in a day with a ride going off every 64 seconds. This is only best case scenario.
There is a 8% avg downtime of MMRR which takes our rides per day down to 864.
Using that number we can expect BigFoot to show up:
10,000 launches - every 11.57 days
15,000 launches - every 17.36 days
50,000 launches - every 57.87 days
100,000 launches - every 106.15 days.

I have seen it and at the time didn’t know it was rare. I remember telling my GF did you see big foot swimming and she said no then told her next time we ride it look for it and then we never saw again. Honestly till I saw this video I thought I was going crazy 😂

Chris/ - You are not factoring in that the ride goes down and average of 3 times a day and may take 45-60 minutes to get it back up again. In the five most recent attempts for us (usually we go to Disneyland once a week) we went to go on Runaway Railway and it broke down four times in a row! On our 5th try all went well.

You say they launch trains even if no one is in line, but do they still launch when ToonTown is closed for the fireworks? Or is that another variable to take into account?

Hello Chris, my family and I are going in October for Halloween 🎃 I will for sure be filming 🎥 this to find our Bigfoot. I would have to estimate with those numbers ruffly 3 to 4 times per year, considering there are only 365 days in a yr.

The math would have to be an estimate due to the long time span, what if the ride malfunctions at all? Will the park hours change in the next 100+ days? I didn't know ToonTown is open for the full park hours...! My family have been passholders since they were working on Galaxy's Edge, I guess that's when that changed but we had no idea! Lol Growing up with Toon Town closing early for fireworks I have that close stuck in my head.
I swear I might've seen it once for a very brief moment and thought it was some glitch or something. 😂🙈 But that doesn't count if course. We'll be looking for it! ❤

Now that was fun trying to fun the hidden Bigfoot and that’s no joke Bigfoot is as hidden as all get go and Chris with you being the master of finding hidden things and you couldn’t find it you know that that has to be the challenge for you Chris to find that Bigfoot and the challenge is how many time in a row can you ride Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway try to find Bigfoot before you breakdown and can’t take it anymore and throw in the towel peace ☮️ out ✌️
But remember sometimes the ride goes down 1, 2 sometimes more and the down time can be a few minutes or an hour. Mostly if it goes down to fix and reboot l.. it an average of an hour down time
that would be a great time for bigfoot to go swimming not all those pesky riders around to watch! hahahaha
