All points are VERY relatable. Riding a motorbike can and does change your life. How you ride is up to you. You don't have to be a psychopath with a death wish, you can pootle around sticking to the speed limit. It's all very freeing and will never fail to make you smile.
Yep completely agree, we all have different ways that biking makes us feel free and what it does for us. Hence the reason for so many different styles of bike. Whatever you are riding I agre you'll be smiling
My commute is 40 mins or so on Somerset roads...mostly covered in cow sh*t and mud, especially in the recent weather, but the reward is a dry day when you can just melt it and the bike sticks. Love it!
Oh yeah I bet it is awesome when it's in good conditions but yeah from many miles in the Yorkshire dales farms certainly cover the roads with some rubbish haha
If we all had motorbikes, the oil crisis would be no more, and the drivers would be so much better. I so wish the state of South Carolina would allow lane filtering for motorbikes! Nice video and great points!
It‘s not allowed in Germany either but I just do it. Just be sensible about it, don‘t force your way through. Police don‘t really care either way. Funnily enough, on a bicycle you are allowed to filter through on the right. So basically all the cars that overtook this slow moving traffic jam inducer are then behind them again. On a bike, you‘re already across the intersection when the cars behind just started rolling. Doesn‘t make sense.
Ah grey rainy weather its been raining everyday since october I think its people putting seeding tech in the clouds to make it rain alot more. But 1 con riding a motobike is that it wont make me loose weight lol it'll probably make me gain weight. I have to buy a size up jacket to a extra Large really soon, I consider my "extra insulation" to be a safety net😂 I'm getting a CB500f or a low seat height supermoto not sure. I have a car and a bike, but use the current bike 125cc in all weather more. But being a type T genetic adrenaline seeker, road bikes do tend to become samish then I need to go to off roading motocross to get the same thrill back and forth.
Literally one of the main reasons my uploads have been totally non existent mate, I'm powering through now though i've missed all you guys and uploading vids so they will come consistently regardless of the weather hahah
I have my CBT on the 25th of this month. I’ve wanted a bike for years but just never followed it through. I’ve done it all a little backwards though, I passed my theory last year 😂
Filtering is so funny still makes me laugh, my old sv was loud so was a lot easier if I’m honest .need to get a exhaust sorted for cbr I’m still on original 😂, safe bro
Just had my first crash on a bike trying to learn how to ride it was my 3rd time ever going on a bike and the fact that the throttle response was either idle or 100 didn’t help it was a old 1967 Yamaha and I just went overboard and now I’m scared to go on any bike 🤣🤣 I tried to let the clutch to the biting point to get off using only clutch but the bike was stalling if it wasn’t revved up and I hear the bike stalling so I revved it up a bit but as I said it fully went off to 100% and I got scared and let off the clutch and the bike took off to the sky and did a flip
Oh jeez no way! Yeah they can certainly catch you off guard sometimes can't they. At least your first crash wasn't while moving at speed out on the road.
im doing my final IBT day on monday, kinda pissing myself for the road test sorta thing. but i'll hopefully be on a bike of my own by the end of the month. :D
I rode home in the high winds the other day and can admit it was an experience. I also ignore most inconvenient road markings, I assume they don't mean me just everyone else..
Worth remembering though I bought a bike last autumn and in January someone wasn’t looking at a round about and went right through me at about 40… broke my arm and damaged the nerve. I’ve got a bar screwed on with 10 screws through my upper arm bone.. I can’t straighten my arm yet or use my hand , have been out of work for 3 months.. it does seem to be slowly getting better though I doubt will be the same or fully straight again. Completely unavoidable, entirely their fault, so just remember the risks involved is all I’m really saying. I was lucky really, not to have hit my head harder. I had all AA gear on which REALLY helped.
Driving a car is like watching a film. Riding a motorbike is like being in the film.
Very very well put
Agreed!! Cars now feel too big and clunky 😆
Totally agree mate

Great video Adam. Wish I’d done mine sooner. 45 was my turning point. Now on a Tiger 1200 and love it.
Thanks very much dean!!! Yeah I'm 26 and even I wished I'd of done it sooner! Nice bike!!!
Everyone should be made to ride a bike before going anywhere near a car or anything bigger.
It would improve road safety no end.
I completely agree mate, would make the roads so much safer.

Yeah i agree mate, that must be so frustrating in different states when you're not allowed to filter. I love filtering so much ahha

Eyyy doesn't matter, as long as you are getting on with it!!! Good luck for the cbt! You won't regret it!
Filtering is so funny still makes me laugh, my old sv was loud so was a lot easier if I’m honest .need to get a exhaust sorted for cbr I’m still on original 😂, safe bro
Even the akro exhaust on mine isn't overly loud to be honest mate, still has slight improvement though
About the solid white lines you can cross them if safe and traffic is slower than 10mph. From a born again biker
Ahhhh that's great to know! Thanks so much Simon 👌
Mate since I got my SV650 the 125 riders never nod back 😭😭
No way really!! That's so strange
Hell yeah nothing beats a 2 wheeled motor and going to bike meet ups or track events
Oh absolutely!! Can't wait to get on track!!
Did my cbt today and loved it, getting new bike saturday
Eyyyy that's amazing!! What bike you getting?
@@pudmoto a 2024 cb125r, can’t wait
MEGA!!! You'll love it!

Hope all is well Pud! We need some more content...
Great timing mate hahaha
Pud, no new posts for two weeks. Are you on holiday?
I'm back baby!!!! Check out the new upload, and yes you can shame me
im doing my final IBT day on monday, kinda pissing myself for the road test sorta thing. but i'll hopefully be on a bike of my own by the end of the month. :D
Hell yeah! Best of luck for Monday!!! Hopefully you are on a bike for sure!!!
Been riding for 8 years and I don't think I'll get a car, the only problem with having a bike is the amount of theft going on these days
Its literally the biggest downside to be honest, plenty of them out there which is such a shame
I rode home in the high winds the other day and can admit it was an experience. I also ignore most inconvenient road markings, I assume they don't mean me just everyone else..
Hahaha I actually love that attitude 🤣🤣 yeah high winds can be a bitch at times, had my fair share of windy moments
Going to finish watching this and im hitting the roads glad to see your well
Yeeeahhh great idea!! Safe riding out there and enjoy it!!! Glad you're well too bud! 👌👌
Worth remembering though

The only time i wish i had a car is when its icy
Well yeah that's very true hahah hate it when it's that bad conditions
Agree
