In its original French name it’s called : La Watchout. There’s no “English” name for it other than the “Watchout”. If you mention this fly in Quebec you will have no issues finding it. I have tied a variation of that fly. Original wing is much different and the original fly doesn’t have JC eyes. This fly is extremely good in gin clear water and always a good pattern to try anytime of the day. At least for me. Enjoy.
