  • This is a comprehensive video showing the method for replacing both portions of the M272 PCV (oil separator) system. I show you the tools you need, some helpful shortcuts, and how you can save about half the cost of the job without compromising anything. I also explain how the rear cap seal actually works. I'll show you how to do the job, but also explain why you're doing it, and what to look out for.

    Do the same applies for a 2014 glk 350? Engine doesn’t look the same

      Sadly, no. It's a very different engine, though with some similarities. Getting the oil separator cap swapped is apparently a whole lot more difficult. I've only read the horror stories though, which I hope are exaggerated... ;-)
