‘Voyage’ was made when I spent several years at the Kimnyeong beach in Jeju Island. This song is about the idea of a boat sailing slowly over calm sea.
In the song, The boat sailing on the surface of the water gradually floats up in the air and flies into the sky. Finally, The ship enters the atmosphere and spreads out into endless space.
If you listen to this song, you might imagine a path in your head where the ship goes. If I had lived only in a city, I wouldn’t have made it.

제주 김녕 앞바다가 바로 내다보이는 바닷가에서 몇 년 간 지낼 때 만든 곡입니다. 잔잔히 펼쳐진 바다 위를 배 한 척이 느릿느릿 항해하는 상상을 음악으로 담았습니다. 바다를 항해하던 배는 점점 바다 위로 떠올라 어느새 하늘로 날아오르더니 대기권을 통과해 우주로 끝도 없이 나아가게 되었습니다. 여러분도 곡을 들어보면 배가 나아가는 항로가 머릿속에 그려질 지도 모릅니다. 아마도 계속 도시에만 살았다면 만들 수 없었던 그런 곡입니다.
